Junmai Daiginjo Hiyayogoshi from Eikofuji is rich and sweet and eases the spiciness.
I'm still drinking 😢 drunk🥵.

Aroma: Fruity, soft attack. Taste: clear and delicious. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
Sake made with CEL24 yeast, the pride of Kochi. It is not too sweet for a Kochi sake, so you can drink a lot without worrying about getting tired of it 🤣.

Toyo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Asian Beavty.
I bought this at a liquor store in Tokyu on a hot Sunday after the gym.
This is Junmai Daiginjo for 1.375 yen. Cheap 😎.
And delicious.
The aroma is fruit.
