I went to the Tokyu Department Store in Tama Plaza for a rare visit to the Kanto area to see the sales of Hakutsuru.
I was looking for the TSURU label of Hakutsuru.
The TSURU label used to be sold only within Aomori Prefecture, but this was the first time it was sold outside the prefecture.
The aroma was sweet and delicious, with a hint of acidity and omachi.
It also has an apple aroma, which is typical of the "Mahoroba mellow" yeast often used in Aomori sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight carbonation.
It has a slight acidity and a deep sweet flavor of Omachi.
I think the sweet flavor comes out more when the temperature is raised a bit than when it is cooled down to a crisp.
Delicious ✨🍶.

It's been raining since early morning today, dreary and gloomy.
I managed to walk Momo-san early in the morning, gave up running and did my best to go to the gym, then had a late lunch.
Lunch drinks are good 😎.
Korean food all around...pancakes - possum - lotus root jung - homemade kimchi...it's a Korean festival.
Just went from beer to sake.
Junmai Daiginjo Hiyayogoshi from Eikofuji is rich and sweet and eases the spiciness.
I'm still drinking 😢 drunk🥵.
Refreshingly fruity sake
Aroma: Fruity, soft attack. Taste: clear and delicious. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
Sake made with CEL24 yeast, the pride of Kochi. It is not too sweet for a Kochi sake, so you can drink a lot without worrying about getting tired of it 🤣.

A famous sake representing my hometown in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Toyo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Asian Beavty.
I bought this at a liquor store in Tokyu on a hot Sunday after the gym.
This is Junmai Daiginjo for 1.375 yen. Cheap 😎.
And delicious.
The aroma is fruit.
Sweetness, acidity, sweetness, ginjo...
Well-balanced sake with a great cospa.
Really good cospa 😁.
Good evening, Duke Shibuya 🌆🌆.
What a surprise that you are from Yamaguchi ❗️
I hope you will come back to Japan via Fukuoka Airport ✈️ at the end of the year 😁.
⭐︎
Good evening, Chichi.
I'm giving you information, in small pieces.
I was born in Shimonoseki, wasn't I?
I was born in Shimonoseki, the same as you, Kyugon and chikmo.
And I went to university in Kyushu.
My real residence is Sapporo.

Left the office at 4pm using flex.
On the way home, I got it at the liquor store in Tokyu Department Store.
It's been a while since I've had Eiko-Fuji.
It says on the label "Shooting star of summer..." but it's solid.
I don't feel much gas, but it tingles on my tongue.
It is supposed to be sweet, but it is spicy and full-bodied.
It goes well with shishamo and salted fish.
It's nice to drink at home from 5pm 🤗.

On the way home from work, I went to the Tokyu Department Store Tamaplaza
At the sake shop.
They were selling sake directly from the brewer.
We chose this sake while talking with the brewer.
The aroma is a little sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a little gas and
There is no sweetness, and the taste of rice. A well balanced sake.
It is delicious.
The old man at the brewery (probably younger than me), thank you very much.
I heard that it is open until next week.
I will visit again😁.
I got this sanctuary at a liquor store in the Tokyu basement on my way home from work early using the flex system.
I don't know this sake at all, but I bought it after reading the sake card in the fridge.
When I opened the bottle, it was a bit gassy and crisp, but it opened easily.
The aroma is slightly sweet and sour.
The moment I put it in my mouth, it was more tangy than I imagined. When you roll it around on your tongue, the sweetness is different from the fruit type, the richness of the rice and the refreshing acidity stand out, but it is a well-balanced sake with a sense of transparency. Delicious.
Savage...savage? I don't understand this one.
It's a well-balanced pairing with vegetables today too.
I got a limited edition of 1500 bottles of Kamishin Shuzo sake at a liquor store in Tokyu Department Store Tamaplaza.
We invited our friends over and started drinking it.
This sake has a sweetness that stands out and a sense of gravity. I wouldn't normally choose it, but I paired it with sashimi of sea bream.
