This is my first time to Mt. I heard on the news just last weekend that the autumn leaves🍁 are beautiful in this mountain.
It's dark only for autumn sake. The aroma is also strong with fruit (like pear?).
It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant. It went well with sashimi.
The quality of Yataro is worse than that 😤.

At Azamino Yataro with my colleagues from the company.
700 yen/120cc is cheap.
The first sip is sweet with a fruity aroma.
Not as sweet as Jyushiyo, but the sweetness stands out. After that, it has a sharp taste.
As expected of Jikin.

About 800 yen/120cc. Not expensive or cheap?
It was a good way to get rid of the heat.
We drank 2 beers, Jikin, Hotarugawa, Izumibashi, Kuroryu, and Tasake.

It's a kind of Toyo Bijin I've never had before.
It was originally distributed only in Yamaguchi prefecture. It was so absurdly delicious that they wanted to sell it outside of the prefecture, so it became available in Kanagawa as well.

This is a rice wine from Kojo-nishiki. It would have been even more fun if we had done a drinking comparison the other day, including this one.

It is sweet and dark, but it doesn't stay in the mouth after drinking and has a nice sharpness to it. Excellent 👏.

I was drinking it with people from the Liver and Fighting Liver Association, a well-known winter skiing group, and we called it a post-season drinking party. There were many loud people including myself, but the restaurant was packed and it was not noticeable at all 😅. あねさん🙂

I thought it would be sweet because it was nigori, but it was dry. You would think it would be sweet because of the pink label.

The key to this restaurant is to take a good look at the cellar when you enter. They had Jikin, so I asked for the hidden sake menu.
Before that, I was exhausted from dealing with the power outage in the building, so I had a quick beer 😁.
They only had a little bit, so I got it as a service. It was delicious ☺️

Modest sweetness, acidity, and gasiness.

On the way home, I looked at the cellar near the entrance and saw that they had Jyushidai, Jikin, and Shinmasa.
I asked the waiter about them and he said they were today's special sake.

We drank Jikin for the first time in a while.
It comes up on the top of the list of sake wafers recommended to me. It is delicious just as it should be.
Pineapple aroma, naturally fruity.
But not sweet, but elegant?
It has sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and gasiness.
It goes well with sashimi. Delicious.
Beer -> Jikin -> Tasake -> Nabeshima -> Jikin.

I went to Yataro the other day too. They have Jigen in the cellar but it's not on the sake menu, so I checked with the waiter and he said "hidden sake menu". It's not hidden,,,.

But you all were delicious 😁. みおぶーAs a food sake, it is a bit flamboyant.
But it is well-balanced, so it goes well with spring bamboo shoots and butterbur stew.
It is a handsome sake that goes better with simmered dishes and tempura than with sashimi. デューク澁澤☆

This is "Denshu Special Junmai".
It was 120ml glass, so we stopped at 4 glasses.
