Unrefined raw sake directly pumped from the tank mouth←It looks like a spell. LOL!
Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding!
It reads [Kanae].
And it seems there is a high hurdle to become a special distributor, and there are only a dozen or so in the whole country... 😳.
Because I was able to go and buy such a ding.
I was patient, but I opened it😇 lol
The smell is in the vein of what people call melon or banana?
This, I have a feeling I'm going to like it 🙄!
When I drank it...
Sweet! The sweetness is gutsy! The flavor from the
Slight sourness, firm bitterness 🤤.
Sake with a clean and beautiful aftertaste.
If you let it sit for a bit, you can see the bubbles in the glass, it's like a raw sake!
This is delicious on its own 💕.
As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes stronger 😳.
This is what it is😊!
The aftertaste is amazing 🤔, the sweetness is intense but disappears quickly and cleanly.
It feels kind of fresh and I wonder if the water is good?
I'd like to try the fire-roasted version too🤗

Good morning, na2!
Ding is a sake that my son brought me about 3 years ago when he said he found ❣️a delicious sake that surpassed Houou Mida ♡.
It was a delicious limited edition Daiginjo, 100% Yamadanishiki, with a gorgeous aroma 😋.
