I had the good fortune to get my hands on some Kanki raw and fire-brewed sake, so I started with the raw sake 🫶. When I open it, it makes a nice sizzling sound! It smells like apple 🤔🍎. The taste is... It has a thick taste, but it's refreshing and clean because of the sourness! It has a great balance of sweetness, surprisingly strong umami, acidity, and sharpness 🥰🥰. It's kind of like a melon, isn't it? I'm not sure 💕🍈💕 The sweetness lingers on for a long time 🤤🤤. Sweet and tasty like a dessert! It soaks into your tired body 🤭. I hope to drink this again next year💕.

Asahi Hawk was given to me by a sake friend! I was so happy and smiling because it was so unexpected 🥰. I'm excited to open it! The aroma is very alcoholic 🤔. The taste is..., Wow! Sweet 😳! It has a very sweet and thick mouthfeel 🥰. It's also very tasty, clean and crisp. On the second day, the alcohol feeling from the first day fades away and the sweetness and umami opens up to become a beautiful sake with good acidity and sharpness! Sake that is sharp and fresh when chilled. Many sake that are crisp and fresh when chilled have a bitterness and an alcohol taste that comes out as the temperature rises, but I was surprised that Asahitaka has a sweet, fruity, and crisp taste the whole time! I think I prefer it at room temperature rather than chilled 💕. I'm convinced this is why it's so hard to find 🥺✨. And after 6 months in the fridge, it's grown to be easy to drink like sweet, tasty, refreshing water without the alu feeling! I love this flavor! Wow, I really like it now, but I'll never be able to get it, so I'll drink it with care 😭.

We received a bottle of Kazan Tobori on behalf of the company, which we were curious about 🥰. I later got another bottle as a souvenir from Yamagata, so I opened this one right away! Aroma✨ Some kind of ripeness? It smells like a grain and a bit of al 🤔. Taste✨ Oh? It's not sweet! What is it? It has a strong acidity and umami, and I can also taste bitterness, but I wonder if it's because it's fire-roasted? It goes down smoothly and the acidity is so strong that it cuts through refreshingly! I've heard it's great with tonic, so I thought it would be more modern, but it's surprisingly robust, so I feel like it's perfect with a meal ✨. When the temperature rises to room temperature, it's like a less sweet ecru, which is also delicious💕. And most importantly, with tonic! What is this 😳? It's so delicious 🫣! It's so easy to drink, it's like a sports drink 😂! It was so good I stocked up on the tonic later 🤣. I'm glad I have two bottles so I can enjoy it a lot 🥰.

Hanamup🫶 which was given to me by a sake friend. Akita is going through a hard time right now, so I opened it to at least support them by drinking it🥺. When I poured it into the glass, it had a weak pineapple aroma! The pineapple tropical aroma was unexpected and surprising. When I drank it, I could taste the flavor. The flavor comes with a strong thump and disappears the moment you swallow it 🥹! Seemed to have a bit of saltiness too 🤔. Above all, the sharpness is not half bad! LOL! It's not too sweet and can be used during a meal 💕. I think the bitterness increased a bit as the day passed. But as the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more peachy and the bitterness weakens and it's like a different sake 😳✨. I thought it was an amazing sake with so many different faces!

The red of Kouriu is very difficult to obtain! Still, I had to try it💦. Then a sake friend gave it to me right after it was released 🥺! The moment I opened it, it had a nice fruity aroma 🥰. But when you pour it into a glass, it has a thicker, dried fruit type aroma? It has a thick aroma! It's exciting to see such a change in aroma 🤣 lol Drinking it with a heightened feeling... It soaks in quickly and is lush! By the time you feel it, the aftertaste is gone 😳😳! What? Is this alsobe? LOL! The sweetness and umami are just right. When you roll it on your tongue, the sourness and bitterness remain. But if you drink it slowly, the richness, sweetness, and sourness are just right, and the bitterness is not unpleasant! It's like a lighter version of Jikon's Tokujun with added sourness... 🤣 It's more like that than Jyushiyo! LOL! No, this is not the taste of a sake of this price and it's amazing 👏. Oh, it has a soft mouthfeel, so it might be lacking for those who bought it because they heard it was unfiltered 🤔? It mellows out as the day goes by and the bitterness disappears, making it easier to drink and perfect for me who drinks it slowly! I love it 💕 I love it! I'd like to try the other series if the timing is right 🫶.

The one I give you now for the alcohol I drank in April 😂. It's so early because the world says it's already summer liquor! LOL! Well, here it is! It's going to be Kouko's Koumba 🫶. I got it from a sake friend of mine ☺️ I was so happy because I missed the timing last year and this year and was pretty bummed 🥹💕. Now, let's open this one for my eldest daughter's high school entrance gift🫣🫣🫣. I smelled 、、、、、 white peaches! This smells like white peaches 🍑! Huh? There's an appleiness to it, too, huh? LOL! At any rate, sweet and sour and refreshing fruit! LOL! As for the taste. Pitchy, sweet and sour is the main taste, but the bitter and salty taste is surprising 🤔. It's not just sweet and sour, it can go with food and is delicious on its own 💕. And most importantly, the flavor is clear and not heavy, and because it's Jun Dai, it's very sharp and quite light to drink! The expressiveness of the springiness is amazing, as the Koshi up to now has been heavy sweet-umami! I paired it with some koshiabura, which I got as a gift, and it's so delicious 😭. I think fresh, fresh, sweet, fruity, light sake like Shinshu Kamerei goes too well with tempura of wild vegetables! LOL! I could drink it endlessly💕 It was the best entrance gift 🫶!

Good morning, ma-ki-! It's a taste that everyone will like ✨ I think the one I found too sweet and heavy is the one called Natsunanama, which is out now, so please try it 🥰. Also, the Hoshiai that comes out at Tanabata was refreshingly sweet 🫶.

Well, well, well! Yesterday was June 6! I don't have a suitable No. 6 at home, so I'm going with ecru 🥰✨. Clean and sweet aroma like white grapes 🍇. Surprisingly, the sizzling sensation came before the taste. The sourness, subtle sweetness, fullness, and bitterness come and go in a well-balanced manner! The flavor is not flashy, maybe more subdued than Viridian! ✨ And after about a month of laying it down after opening the bottle, it went so well with the white mold salami 😳! ✨ It's already a sweet and sour full-flavored white grape juice, this one! This might be the best combination 💕

Two or three years, maybe? He said he kept it at home. I got some nagoshi sake from ☺️ I was so happy because I couldn't get Nagoshi Sake last year. The aroma is slightly matured? I was so excited that I drank it right away. It's very mellow! Maybe it's because it's been laid down and settled down, but it soaks into your body so easily ✨. The balance of sweetness and sourness is good, and the bitterness and sharpness that comes later makes me want to drink it again right away! ✨ The sweetness and tartness are well balanced and the bitterness and sharpness will make you want to drink it again ✨! ♥

A long-sought-after comparison with the oriented ✨. Poured it and it smells just as rich and tropical 🤤💖. The taste? Almost no bitterness! No lactic acidity! The clear sweetness comes straight from the bottle, like drinking a high quality fruit water 😳! As the temperature was increased, the complexity such as bitterness increased, and the acidity increased! This one is good for dessert after dinner. I think the freshly opened one is easier to match with food 😌! I was surprised at the difference between the two when I compared them like this! I've been feeling a bit tired lately. Maybe I'm a bit tired these days, but I like this one for sipping before going to bed 🥰. But after a few days, the bitterness of the bitter taste has faded and the flavor has increased, making it very tasty! LOL!

I got the electric chrysanthemum I had regretted for so long because I couldn't buy it the year before last, and I was so happy that I couldn't open it 😂. Then a sake friend of mine gave me the version without the oriole and I was ready to open the bottle! LOL! When I poured it into the glass, it was fluffy and the oriki was dancing 🥹. The aroma is tropical, sweet and thick✨. Taste. Strong pizzazz! 🫧. Dark thick sweetness from the 💖. I think it's typical for a chrysanthemum to be so fruity and sweet 🥰. And the way the sourness is brought out? The balance is too good ✨. There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, but the moment you feel it, it is gone in a flash 🤤. I knew it! It's more fresh and crisp than truered ☺️!

First of all, that koi on the label is adorable! I got a bottle of unfiltered raw Apple Carp from Sei Masamune like that: ☺️ It's made from glutinous rice in a 4-stage brewing process. I heard that the process produces a lot of sweet sake 🤔? I can't wait to see how it turns out! It's a little yellowish when you open it up and pour it: ☺️! There might even be a caramel-ish ripeness to the aroma! ✨ I drank it after eating some dried mackerel. Sweet!!! Caramel-like ripeness as per the aroma from 🥹! Wow, the sweetness soaks into my thick and tired body ✨. It's a mild sweetness that will go well with sweet bean paste or Japanese sweets 😌! And on the second day, I drank it cold. Sweet and sour! What? It was such a sweet and sour, apple-like sake! LOL! It tasted totally different from how it tasted when paired with mackerel🤣. It's sweet and sour and has a nice sharp taste, and it might taste more modern if it's chilled to a crisp 🥰. Both are delicious but at the end of the day I like it a little hotter 😘.

3.11 I was pregnant at the time and vividly remember watching the tsunami on TV. I decided to drink Miyagi sake on such a day! I decided to drink Miyagi sake on such a day, so I had a bottle of Katsuyama-en Nama-shu (raw sake) that was given to me. It smells like a less polished sake! It smells like a grain, similar to the macho series? Maybe a graininess 🤔. I've heard that it has a sweet aroma too. I had an image of Katsuyama = sweet, but I didn't expect it 🥹. I thought it didn't seem too sweet, but when I drank it... I thought it didn't seem too sweet, but when I drank it, I was surprised to find that the sweetness was very pronounced! What? It's sweet after all 🤣 lol After that comes a mild sourness Then came a mild sourness, followed by a gradual bitterness from the alcohol in the aftertaste ✨ Meanwhile, the sweetness lingers for a long time 🫶. It's sweet, but it's sweet like syrup or syrup It's easy to drink and delicious because of its freshness 🥰. It's fresh, so the flavor will change as the day goes by 🤗. Also, the bitterness comes out stronger when the temperature goes up a little bit, and the sweetness comes out again when it gets close to room temperature 😳. She's a very sensitive girl 🤔 lol I'm very happy that I had a chance to drink this handsome Katsuyama. I'm glad I didn't buy it myself yet 🥺💞.

Shinshu Kamerei, which I bought last year and kept laying around. Tropical aroma✨ The aroma is milder than the Yamae Nishiki I had before: ☺️ Taste is sweetness and then crispy and crunchy! It's so fresh for having been laid down 😳 A hint of sourness too ✨ Yeah, it's sweeter and more refreshing than Yamae Nishiki! Also, as I felt with the Yamae Nishiki, it's like sake made from good water 😍. When paired with tenzaru I can feel the bitterness at the end and it drains away the oil 🤤. It would also go well with wild vegetable tempura ♡♡♡ I think this one is better suited for eating than the Yamae Nishiki I drank last year 🥳.

This will be a series of posts, but the next one is a handsome nigori from the Tedorigawa River. When it opens, it opens maturely without blowing 🥰. First of all, the aroma is fruity! Green apple? It smells like green apple or some kind of refreshing fruit! This might be rare for a nigori ✨. The sweetness and the schwarziness are more pronounced than I expected 😳. I've often seen it as dry, so I thought it wouldn't have that much sweetness! But it has a nice sharp aftertaste, so it doesn't taste like it's full of crap 🙆‍♀ No, this is one of the best nigori ✨. It has sweetness and in my opinion it's a good match for Hirotogawa ☺️ The bitterness in the aftertaste gets a little stronger as the temperature goes up, but it's still well-balanced 🥰. And when I drink it a week later, the bitterness has subsided and the sweetness has increased! And the creaminess of the nigori has also increased, and the shwashiness is still there, it's just so delicious 🥹. I must buy this again this winter 🤤🤤🤤.

Long time no post here! Koshi's direct pumping 🥰🥰. The moment I opened it, it smells like pineapple! I drank it. It's a bittersweet, sour, and bitter taste follows immediately and then it disappears without a trace! What? Where is the sweetness in the aroma? The acidity is so dominant! But the umami and slight sweetness also come through, so you can drink it without hesitation, and it is very easy to drink! Wow, the aroma got me 😂! LOL! But as the temperature goes up, the sweetness comes out and you can catch a glimpse of the sweet umami that is typical of Koshi 🥰. Drinking it again a week later, the sweetness has increased quite a bit! The balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness is just like Kouko 😭💖. This is... Might be close to the changes in the Tanabata Hoshiai!!! ✨ But the aroma is much more fruity here and the smell alone makes me grin 🤤.

Here's the one I was most excited about in the New Year! I've been looking forward to New Year's! ✨ Almost no rice is polished in this Nirugame! I was interested in the low-polished rice because I have an image that Shinsei is refreshing and clean. When I opened the bottle and poured it into a glass, it had a slight yellowish tinge to it. The aroma is like an aged aroma, like brandy? It smells a little bit like brandy! When you drink it... What? You really haven't polished it much! It's so refreshing! It's so refreshing! I feel like I'm drinking Shinsei! I feel like I'm drinking Shinsei! But it also has complexity, sweetness, and richness. It has more depth than Viridian or Flaxcat Spark! And it's recommended to be served at room temperature to lukewarm. I've had it at room temperature and the sweetness has gone up quite a bit 🥺✨. I think I like this one better 🤔? I'll have to try this one lukewarm before I finish it 🥰! And when I tried heating it up, 🍶... It's sweet, rich, a little sour, and refreshing! It's not half bad 🤣 lol! It goes really well with the pork cartilage boiled until tender 🥲! I think the lukewarm sake is more sour and less sweet 😦. I think this one might be better for during dinner 🥹✨. That's what I'm talking about! It swelled up so much better after warming 🫶.

What we drank at Xmas Ganki Junmai Happo-Nigori! I was warned to be careful about spilling the bottle, but it opened easily 🤣! When I opened it, it looked like a snowy landscape ⛄💖 with some oriki mixed in. It's so soft and smooth! I poured it into a champagne glass, but the aroma is lightly lactic. When I drank it... Surprisingly sweet 😳! I've had a few sushwashy types, but this might be the sweetest I've ever tasted! Of course, the sizzle is also strong. Maybe it's because it has a high alcohol content. It's the most like champagne I've ever had! It's the most like champagne I've ever had! 🫧✨ The acidity and bitterness aren't overpowering either, so this is great for newcomers to sake! 💕 It goes well with chicken and the pairing was too successful 🤤💖. Even my husband who doesn't like the shwashy type. This is delicious. He loved it! I was most surprised that he had to have another one. I love the fact that Ganki can serve this level of food all year round. Of course I'll have this for Christmas next year too! I thought. I'd love to drink it on a hot summer day too 🥰.

This time with a cute label. Summer Snowman☃🍉 of mansaku flowers This sake was given to me by Sake Data Bank🫶. It's a snowman even though it's a sake that comes out in the summer! Why is that 🙄? I looked it up. It seems that it is because the sake is brewed in winter and matured in the brewery until summer 🥰. Here's what I thought when I drank it without any prior information ☺️. Smells like white grapes with a clean fruity aroma 🍇✨. When you drink it, it tastes bitter 🤔! But it has a slight sweetness and a strong umami flavor ✨. The bitter taste is also strong at the end and it goes away cleanly ✨! Is it a strong taste for a summer sake? I wonder if I let it sit too long? LOL! But it's sharp and not too sweet, which is rare against the aroma! ✨ I'm convinced that it's because it's a laid down sake that so much flavor is on it 💕. It's a summer sake but it's perfect even in this cold season🙆♀! ✨

I finally opened a bottle of Genmai's Harmonic Emotion that I received as a birthday present from a sake friend 🥰. I've been worried about opening it for a long time, but it's unfiltered and raw, so I guess I have to drink it now 🥲. I was so sad to leave it behind, but I opened the bottle! The moment I opened the bottle, I could smell the nice aroma coming from the bottle 💖. Pouring it into a glass, it smells so sweet and thick 😳! This is the aroma of Genmai! But it smells even thicker than the Tokujun ✨. How does it taste? Wow! The richness is so thick! The flavor and sweetness is concentrated and thick! ♥ What a luscious drink💦! It has a mild texture, and the bitterness comes when you swallow it, but it disappears after you swallow it! The richness is more like honey than like wasanbon 🐝. I love "Tokujun" and I really like this flavor! The higher the temperature, the stronger the bitterness becomes 🥹.
