I was at an event near my house. I chose Kikuhime sake, which I thought would be delicious at room temperature! I chose Kikuhime because I thought it would taste good at room temperature 🥹! This is actually my first time drinking Kikuhime even though I'm a local 🤤✨. It has a slight yellowish tinge when poured 🥰. The aroma is just like sake! On the palate, it's... It's soooooo thick! ✨ Not nasty thick, but nice and thick with a lot of flavor! This is it! It's just what I was hoping for 🤣💕 It's got a caramelized taste to it too 💕! I can't get over how easy it is to drink even at lukewarm temperatures 😂! It's got a caramelized taste to it. I want to pair it with roasted manju with chestnuts in it! I'll try to match it with it. It's a bit sweeter than the amber-colored aged sake It's not as sweet as the amber-colored aged sake. but it's still smooth to drink and goes well with it. I regretted having it less 🤣. I think I'll buy another brand of Kikuhime for heating up now that it's going to get cold 🥰.

I got the Aizu Musume ✨ I'm a little excited 🥰 because it's the first time I'm drinking the Soil series. Is it a pichi-shuwa? I said shoo when I opened the bottle 🫧. The smell is quite alcoholic 🙄. I was nervous when I drank it because I couldn't predict the taste. The sweetness comes in strong, and the umami is strong 🥰. Slight bitterness from the sweetness 🥰. The aftertaste disappears quickly and it's a beautiful sake! ✨ Wow, easy to drink! Too perfect for my taste for strong umami! The more time it takes, the stronger the chichi-shuwa becomes and the easier it is to drink 🤣! It also has a sweet and sour taste when the temperature is higher than that 🤗.

This is a recent gift from Yokoyama✨. This is my first time in Yokoyama and I'm excited! First of all, when I opened it, there was a slightly sweet and fresh aroma 🥰. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes. After the roundness and umami, there is a sourness and a pleasantly weak bitterness! Wow. Yum! I couldn't help but say that! LOL! Fruity and flavorful! As the bottle opened and the days went by, the acidity and other complexities settled down and it became a sweeter, more mainstream saké, and I knew it would be a ladies' drink!!! ✨ This hiyaoroshi is so good! I took this picture after the bottle was empty because I liked it so much and it was running low 🤣.

I'm really happy to get it from sakedatabank! ✨ Speaking of drinks on the rocks, there's also Icebreaker 🥰. I wonder if it tastes as good on the rocks as Icebreaker 🥰. I can't wait to see if it tastes as good as Icebreaker ✨. Well, I opened it and poured it... Well, it doesn't smell that good... You have to drink it to know! I'll have to drink it to find out! So I poured it and drank it right away... Oh, wow! Surprisingly sweet 🥹! It's strong, but not too strong. It's a good match of softness and deliciousness ☺️. No it's easy to drink this 🥲🥲! It's been quite a while since I've posted anything 🥲. I'm slowly writing posts that I've been drinking and hoarding lol. First up, here's one I drank over the summer! It's Koshi's Summer Pilgrimage Sake Hoshiai ☺️. Hoshiai means the meeting of Orihime and Hikoboshi. I heard it's inspired by Tanabata 💕. And August 7th is Tanabata in the lunar calendar (August is still August in some areas) Because it is my birthday I drank it one month later ☺️. My impression when I opened it Not much aroma and graininess? and a little bit fruity Just a little fruity 🫶. I was surprised to see the opposite impression 😳! I was surprised at the complete opposite impression 😳! The taste is Oh! It's a bit of a rush and then an immediate acidity 😳. But also a lot of umami! 💕 A really subtle bitterness comes in and cuts through nicely✨. Natsunanama is sweet and full-bodied with a darker flavor. The exact opposite! ✨ But in the hot summer months, it might be easier to drink something as refreshing as this 💕💕. The sweetness also appeared as the temperature rose, which was also possible 💖. And as the day went on, it changed to a sweet-umami type that was similar to the summery one 🫶.

Glory to Fuji since the wind blade! Here's another sake I got from sakedatabank✨ -I was scared of 10 degrees 🤣. Open the bottle! Easy to open, smells like alcohol! Surprising that the fruity aroma doesn't precede the pure Dai! It smells like banana and melon with a tropical flavor 🤔. But the aroma is not very strong! When I drank it It's like a swirl for a second. After that comes a mild sweetness and a bitter almost astringent taste 😎. It's very dense, but when you swallow it, it cuts through like water! To make a reminder of the taste. I just wanted to check and see how many times it was that? I drank it and got drunk 🥹. I was so drunk after drinking it 🥹 lol Jun Dai is still so sharp ✨. And it's so easy to drink that it doesn't feel like it's -10! As the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more intense. The aroma is perfect pineapple and the bitterness is strong. I'd like to drink it chilled. But after a few days I have a feeling it will mellow out I'm looking forward to it in a few days 🤔.

I got it from the hanpukai. I opened the summer bourru 🥳. Bourru" seems to mean "nigori" or "cloudy". So it's a summer nigori sake 👏! The bottle was opened with a light pop! The bottle was opened with a light pop✨ What's that aroma? It smells like pineapple! Surprising 😳! It's not a crazy sweet scent, but it's a little tropical ☺️. Beautifully light and cloudy as the name suggests ✨. When I drank it... Wow! I've never had this type of light nigori before! Of course it has sweetness, lactic acidity and sourness! But it's not just that, it's a complex taste. But it's not just that, it's complex. It tastes a little heavy, but the aftertaste is very sharp! What a mystery! It's a little bit different from the sweet and sour light nigori, and if macho released a light nigori, it would be similar to this one! LOL! I felt it was a punchy type 💖✨ I'm looking forward to seeing the flavor change 🥹. ✨When I drink it at a later date, the complex flavors come together nicely and it's a light nigori with a strong umami ✨. I won this in a giveaway! TrueRed🥺💕 from Cold Chrysanthemum This is my first time drinking sake brewed with Omachi rice & also my first time drinking Kangiku☺️. I got it with White so we can compare 💕. By the way Red -> Orikara White -> no omission I think it's like that 🥳. There is a sticker on the bottle to warn people to open the bottle. The moment I touched the cork, it jumped 🥺! Thank goodness I held it in the palm of my hand🤣. And from the moment it opened, it smelled like tropical fruit! Pineapple and mango? Banana? Like a mixture of pineapple and mango? A sweet and thick aroma! It's also very cloudy ☺️💕. What does it taste like? Pitchy and shiny in the mouth! 🫧. From Dark sweetness and richness to match the aroma 🫣! A little sourness comes at the end but the aftertaste is short and clean 🤔. Almost no bitterness, this, delicious! Kind of like a tropical carbonated juice! 💕 The aftertaste disappears surprisingly when you swallow it 🙄. What? Did you drink it? I was under the illusion that I drank it 🤣. Come to think of it, I think I haven't had a Jun Dai in a while 😊. I feel like the pineapple flavor increases as the temperature goes up ✨. I'd rather drink it as a dessert than a meal because of its sweetness 💖. I think it would go well with fruit 🤤. I'm looking forward to White 🥰!

I also reviewed ☺️💕 the Collage Kenaiyama that I received along with the Tenpyo. This one is from an event in Aichi, Japan. The Kuraku is a rare sake that is only shown at events and by the brewery and hanpukai 💕. The sake is only available at events and at the brewery and hanpukai 🥺! We were excited to try the Junmai Ginjo brewed by Kenaiyama! The aroma in the glass is not that great? Maybe a little fruity🤔. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes first, followed by a full-bodied, bitter Full-bodied, bitter, acidity that lingers in the aftertaste 🫶! The aroma that leaves your nose after drinking is still here 🥰. The taste is well balanced 😍✨ And it's the first time I've felt this much acidity in a Collage sake, it's fresh ☺️. I love Junmai sake and the difference in polish. I love the freshness and the cleanliness of the sake 🤤💖. I want to chew on Junmai sake! I love the richness of the flavor. but the refined junmai ginjo is also delicious💕! I love Kurakura's sakes!

I got it with a bottle of Collage Ken Aizan from a friend of mine. The first time I went to the restaurant, I was very happy to see the wine. I'm looking forward to it! I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not, but I'm sure it's the same thing. I'm just curious to know that sake is made from the same place that makes potato shochu 🤣. When I opened it, I found Mellow, sweet and fruity aroma! What? It's junmai sake, right? It smells so good that I had to look twice! LOL! Unlike pineapple or apple type melon or banana? I wonder if it's the kind of thing people say 🤔? It has a good amount of sweetness, mildness, richness, and a hint of sourness at the end 💕💕. So delicious! I love the taste! I love it! I love it 🫶💖. Full-bodied yet fresh. It's refreshing ✨ You can feel the bitterness if you keep drinking it but it's pleasant 🥺. It's great with any dish and can be drunk by itself and taste great 🥳! Too bad the junmai sake is only available in 300ml bottles. This makes me want to drink the Junmai Ginjo too 🤩!

My first Eikoufuji! Windblade🥺 given to me by sakedatabank! Eikoufuji is known for its sweetness and flavor, but this is a very dry Junmai sake. but this one is a very dry Junmai sake✨. It's been gloomy again lately. I opened the bottle because it's been dreary again lately and I wanted a dry, crispy sake 😉! The aroma is not that great, but it's a Junmai sake ☺️. The taste is It tastes like a very nice water! LOL! But it also has umami! But it's still dry and refreshing. It's exactly as spicy as I imagined it would be! I don't really like to drink this spicy, but it's great on a gloomy day 😊💕💕. It was perfect for the summer time when I get tired of drinking all the sweet stuff 🤗 I heard it's also good hot or cold (room temperature). I heard it's delicious. I heard it tastes good hot or cold (room temperature), so as a hot sake lover, I think it's a great cost effective way to enjoy it in many different ways.

Since Tanabata is our wedding anniversary I decided to drink this one that my sake friend gave me! I decided to drink this one! When I first got into sake I never thought I would be able to drink Shinmasa at home I'm so thankful 😢💕 Now, I'll open it to see how the sparkle is, but I can't! LOL! Just a little twist and it blows up 🤣🤣. After all, I had to keep loosening and closing the bottle for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes of loosening and closing the bottle, I managed to open the bottle! LOL! Pour it into a glass and it turns slightly light colored 💕. The aroma is a bit koji-like, maybe? The cat is so lively even in the glass 🐈🫧! When you drink it, it has a strong sour taste! There is a lactic acidity in the aftertaste, but the acidity is very strong. Is it the aroma of the wooden vat? I've never smelled anything like it 😳✨ But it's not unpleasant and adds depth to the flavor 😍. I made shrimp mayo and ratatouille that day. Perfect for shrimp mayo! And the most surprising thing was The most amazing thing was the Lotus biscuits with cinnamon that I had after dinner. It goes so well with the cookies 😳! LOL! This is good 😂💖. It was a moderately surprising pairing 🫶.

Finally drank, local sake! Shirakiku🤤 from Okunoto It's still freshly pressed, so it's supposed to be a little cloudy 💕. I was excited to open the bottle because I've been holding out on it for so long! A slightly ripe and gentle sake-like aroma 🌲✨. Moderately viscous in the glass🤔. Sweetness and richness come through when you sip it, but Overall mild and short aftertaste Bitterness is slight. As it's 17 degrees, it's dark to sweet ☺️! This would be perfect with boiled fish or other dark Japanese food 🤤. I want to try it with curry 🥹 lol As the day goes by I'm going to drink it slowly and carefully 🥸. I'll drink it slowly and carefully 🥳.

It's been a while ☺️ It's rainy season & hot these days 😩. I got this from a sake friend of mine. One of the shuwa shuwa duo! Higashi Tsuru's Semishigure Sparkling Nama! I was told it was definitely my favorite type. I was excited to open the bottle 🤩👏! I put it in a champagne glass because it's so shwashy 🫧✨. It's beautifully cloudy in the glass. There's little squirts all the way through 🥺💖. Aroma. Graininess! A little sourness too! What? I was so surprised because I imagined it was fruity 😂! LOL! I was so excited when I put it in my mouth. It was like a carbonated beverage. Sourness, lactic acidity and flavor! Surprisingly, the sweetness is not strong and easy to drink🤔. Sweetness with main sourness like lemon squash 🍋! And best of all, it doesn't feel alcoholic 🫣! Is this juice 🤣? LOL! I can gobble it down so fast! Oh no! 💦 and then I thought I drank the water, but it was already too late 🙄. I got drunk 😂. What an inexcusable child 😩💖laughs Too good to be true 🥹🫰 lol Now I could always drink it in the summertime!!! ✨

The last of the tasting sake reviews Houraisen's Kuu Junmai Daiginjo💗. The only sake I tasted that did not have a spectacular aroma 🤔. But when you put it in your mouth Not too sweet, but a nice balance of richness and acidity! ✨ Awesome and classy food sake💕 It's a Junmai Daiginjo with a refreshing and clean feeling that you don't get tired of drinking! From a sake friend We were allowed to taste a small amount of sake from each sake, with the brand name withheld! One of the sake, Jun Dai Yamadanishiki from Hanahayo 💕💕. The best of Hanahyokyu... This is the second Hana-Hiyo-Yoku I've tasted in my life! I can't miss it 😤! LOL! Let's start with the fragrance! Oh, gorgeous! But it was more subdued than the Jyushiyo Jungin that I tasted at the same time. But it was more subdued than the Jungin Jyushiyo we tasted at the same time. After drinking it... It's quite astringent? Strong bitterness 😳! But well balanced with a mellow richness and easy to drink 🤩. Compared to the sake Musashi I found it less sweet ☺️. I guess my impression will change if I drink it again by itself 😂💦. Oh, and by the way, I was wrong about this one 🙃 lol

I never thought I'd be able to drink Jyushiyo at home 💦. And the sake rice called Sake Mirai was developed by the brewery of Jyushidai ✨. I was so thankful for the opportunity to drink such sake at home. Here are my impressions after tasting the sake 🥳. The aroma is outstandingly tropical: ！！！！ Very intense fruit aroma 😳! I thought it was sweet, but then I drank it. What? Surprisingly strong bitterness 🤩! But the richness and sweetness also come through with gusto And yet it has a nice kick to it 💕💕. June 6 is the famous Shinmasa day for all sake lovers! But Niimasa itself is a hard-to-find sake🥺💭. But Shinsei itself is hard to find 🥺💭. One of the Colors, Viridian, from the hard-to-find Shinsei a few months ago. I got it from a sake friend of mine 😳! I'll definitely open it today! I was determined to open it today! I want to praise myself for being patient 🤣 lol Well, well, I'm finally going to open it 😘. The aroma is ripe 🤩. I wonder if this is the aroma of the wooden barrels? I thought I knew what I was talking about. I put it in my mouth. I felt the sourness and then the richness, followed immediately by the sweetness 💕💕. The aftertaste is fresh and clean✨. As soon as the schwag is gone in the glass. An easy drinking sweet and sour sipper!!! I could tell that the birthplace felt like a new regime! ✨ I paired it with tonteki. I don't feel any alcohol at all and I can gobble it up 🥰. My husband said it was easy to drink too. It's a luxury item 🥹 lol I heard it was the most mellow of all the Colors, but I was still surprised at how light and easy it was to drink 🤔. But I was surprised that it was still quite light and easy to drink 🤔. I can't wait to see how it tastes after tomorrow 😍. I didn't expect to be able to drink Shinsei at home on Shinsei day.
