na2Following the previous cherry blossoms This beautiful pink one Senkou and United Arrows collaborated on this one. Sakura Blizzard ☺️💖. I heard that it's very hard to make sake pink unless it's brewed with a yeast called red yeast 🤔️💖. It's a very difficult process 🤔. By the way, the reason why Sakura in Sakura Fubukiyo is hiragana is because the brewery of Sengoku is located in Sakura city 🌸. because the brewery is located in Sakura city. It's a pretty light pink color when mixed with the other ingredients 😍. This one also has a puff when you open it, as if it is a draft sake. The smell is slightly sweet and sour 🥰. When you drink it... Oh! Sour 😳! Lots of sourness! But not unpleasant sourness 🤤. Slight sweetness from Bitterness is surprisingly almost non-existent ☺️. I wondered if it would go well with the pork chops with a lot of butter. I thought it would. The bitterness is assertive and It's not too bad, but it's not perfect. but it's not a perfect match. What surprised me was It's perfect with sautéed onions! 💖. I don't even know what to say about it being acerola-like, it's so tart! Perfect for the coming hot and humid days 🫶. My impression on the first day of drinking I think I prefer the normal Sakura 🫣?

na2Summer sake is already out. I thought it was time to open the bottle, so I finally had a chance to compare Sengoku Sakura 🤣! First of all, I got a low trial set. I won the Insta giveaway! I started with the normal Sakura 🌸 Lightly tinted and exciting! ✨ Psshhhh when you open it 😘. Not much scent 🙄. A bit of sweet smell and alcohol 😌? When you put it in your mouth Sweet and sour 🤤! A pleasant bitter taste 💖. Yes, there's also a lactic acidity that feels like light nigori 🫶! It's light because it's only 14 💕. I don't mind the alcohol taste that I felt in the aroma at first when I drink it 🤔. I like the taste 🥰! I can expect to see Arrows ver. in the near future 💕.

na2Black label is chic and luxurious 🤗. My first Tobiroki!!! I thought it would be dry, but how... I opened the bottle and put it in the glass, but for a Junmai Ginjo, it was 🤔. It has a nice aroma, but it also smells like alcohol! I wonder if it's as classic as I imagined. I tried to drink it and yes! Just as I imagined 🤤! I know I've been drinking a lot of sweet stuff lately, but... Less acidity and sweetness, more bitterness 💖. It's also richer and more balanced than I thought it would be ✨ I think it's a good sake to have as a mealtime drink. I've heard a lot of people say it can be better after the second day, so I'm looking forward to the next day 🤗💕. If you drink only modern sake nowadays I tend to feel that it's not enough. I think it's important to have a sake that enhances your meal to the fullest and is a behind-the-scenes player. I think it's important to have a good sake that can complement your meal to the fullest. I've been curious about it for a long time, so it was very satisfying to drink it!

na2Impressions by Sakusa! The Impression series is only available in a limited number of stores that carry the Sakuhin series 🥰. Usually 750ml is a little bit larger than Saku. Impression is 4 gou (720ml) 🤗. This is Junmai Unfiltered Direct Kumi 🙂! It won a special award from Sake Data Bank last month 💕. I even got a special award + a Pitari award this month too! I'm looking forward to drinking it again 🥺! I opened the Sakusaku with high expectations because I really liked Aizan 🥰! By the way, I read that the cork might pop, but it was fine 🤣 lol I think it smells like a thick smell of rice with a hint of sourness? When I drank it, I got the umami taste. Then it was immediately followed by a splash of sweetness and bitterness. Then sweetness and bitterness, and finally acidity to finish it all off! Wow, it's delicious too 💕💕! It's quite rich and I like it 😭 I love Kuraku Junmai Sake! It's supposed to be fire-roasted, but it's so fresh and shiny, this is my kind of case 🤣💕. I like it, it's a bit sweeter on the nose when it's warmed up 🙂! I'm looking forward to enjoying it after the schwashiness wears off and I'll take my time 🫶!

It seems to be quite dry with a sake degree of +, so I'm very excited 💕! Now to open the bottle! The aroma is so fruity when you open it 🥺! Wow, it smells so sweet 🥺! In the mouth, it says it's a summer sake, but it's full-bodied! And thanks to the fruity aroma It's not too spicy and you can drink it without hesitation! It's a perfect match for fried chicken with tatsuta! I think I can drink it on the rocks on a hot summer day 🤔. It's been a while since I've had a dry sake. It's so easy to drink and delicious ♡. na2Third in the Macho series! The first day it smelled like alcohol. The second day it smelled like white wine! The taste has a good balance of sweetness, bitterness, and richness 🥺💕. The lingering bitterness is easy to pair with food! ✨ Sweeter as the temperature rises! Aroma is sweeter too 😳! I paired it with fried yagen cartilage and it was perfect!!! 💖. I think this might be the easiest to drink in the Macho series I've ever had 🤔. In order of preference Masked raw, Yamada x Aiyama, Bikini raw 🤤? I couldn't get enough of the change in the masked raw after opening the bottle 💕.

na2Wha... oh, my God! He was actually in our house! HANA-HIRABI! And it's been 5 years since I've seen it! It was brewed at the sake brewery 💖. I never thought I would be able to drink such a rare sake at home! So rare that I was wondering when to open it 🍶✨. Thank you for the sake opportunity 🙏✨ Thankfully, we opened the bottle 🤩💕. The aroma is a gorgeous sweet black aroma! But it doesn't smell that sweet ☺️. Drink it and you'll see Oh Pinappo😳😳😳! But it's like a nice, clean, non-aggressive Pinappo 🍍! I've had a bitterness from tacchillos and such. but this one had a salty aftertaste on the first sip 😳😳! But after that I didn't feel it, so I guess it's my physical condition? It was just sweet and delicious, but with a smooth and clean pineapple feel. This one was good as a food wine 🤗💕. At least it smelled really good. It smells tropical for a while after drinking 🤣💕 I've heard that people who have had other Huayoukusui Some people who have had other huahuang yang baths say it doesn't have a huahuang yang bath feeling I heard some people say it doesn't have a pineapple flavor. I've never had it before. I enjoyed it very much. I will drink it with care 🥰.

na2I finally opened it!!! ✨ Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki 💕 Yamadanishiki and Hitogokochi are now in stock and I've opened them 😇! Of course I served it with Zaru Soba! Shinshu Kamerei is made to go with soba...supposedly lol! I opened the bottle with excitement💕 The aroma is more tropical than I expected! The aroma is quite gorgeous 💖. Bubbles right out of the glass 😳 I thought the sweetness and mellowness came when I put it in my mouth... Then, a splash of acidity! The acidity is so refreshing! Almost none of the bitterness that you get from the raw sake 🥺! It just goes right in ✨. Beautiful fresh sake after Tanaka 🤤💖! But even when the temperature goes up, it's still sweet and delicious and tastes beautiful the whole time! It's so sweet and goes well with Zaru Soba noodles too 😌😌. I would love to see a sake newbie try this but it's getting hard to find so it's going to be tough 😩😩. If you see it at an izakaya, you should try it ✨ I started with this unfiltered draft and I'm glad I've been following it this year 🤣!

na2Tanaka Rokuugo🤤 for the first time in the hanpukai. Mild aroma, it's a junmai sake 🤔. Fruity and sweetness ahead in the mouth! But maybe the water is good 🥺? It's fresh and clean ✨. The umami is not too strong. It's a light and delicious sweet sake for a meal! It's a junmai sake, but when it's chilled, there's no bitterness at all 😳 Amazing! I've had the Ding before. It's like a less sweet, light and refreshing version of the Ding we had before 🥰. It was great with cod roe and chirimenjako (dried young sardines)! I'm not sure about the acidity because I paired it with something salty. LOL! I thought it would be better to cool it down to a crisp because I felt the bitterness and other flavors increased as the temperature went up.

na2One of the low trial sets I won in a giveaway and received One of the low trial set I received SAKURA🌸 of AKABU My first AKABU! I'm so glad I was curious 🥰. I was looking forward to opening it. A little poof! I got a ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡🤗 The aroma is faintly sweet and sour fruit? It's Junmai, so it doesn't smell so strong 🤔. I drank it and found It has a lot of acidity! The sweetness is much lighter than I expected! No bitterness, so it's sure to be a hit with the girls 😤. Above all, where's the alcohol? It's so alcohol-free! Just like the QUEEN by Masamune was easy to drink. This one is easy to drink too 😳😳! I didn't know 12 degrees could be this juice-like ☺️! I heard someone said the sweet and sourness is like strawberry. I think the ratio of sweet and sour is indeed similar 🙂🙂. Good analogy, everyone 🥳. I think the balance is off when the temperature goes up to cold💦. This is the kind of sake you want to chill and guzzle 💕

na2First Daimine! And it's a small, drinkable one-cup! The cherry blossom label version is popular in the spring 🥰. The contents seem to be the same here as well as the cherry blossom label ☺️. A sake friend from Hokkaido gave it to me along with sogapère effice and cheese 😭💕. We don't have any Ooirei over here. I've always wanted to try it and I'm so happy 🤗. And it's a little less than 1 sake cup size, which is suitable for me, a weak drinker 🤣. Looks cute too💕 I couldn't resist and opened it. Smell is not fruity? And then I took a sip... Sweet! Is it good? No, deliciousness! It's like... The sweetness was immediately followed by the umami! Surprising, since I've seen Oo Mine as fruity in cups too🥺!!!! Easy to drink, but firm too! But as the temperature went up, the sweetness and acidity came out and it all went modern! Ehh, it's also delicious at a slightly higher temperature 🤣💕 I drank it while thinking, "Cup sake is amazing..." lol And at 14.5 degrees, it's not even that strong. I would recommend this to anyone who is getting into sake💖.

na2Sogape, my wish! I have a connection to Nagano sake💕. This is another precious sake given to me by a sake friend 🥺. Not only the alcohol, but I also got some delicious mozzarella cheese to go with it, so I made caprese 🥰! Lia Sake Naturel It's a liquor made by mixing various yeasts. I don't recommend it to people who have never had sogapé before. I think it says on the back... At any rate, I'm very particular 👏! So I wondered what it would taste like. Looking forward to this day, excited to open the bottle! 💖 Aroma light graininess🤔? It's not fruity. Surprisingly sour and sweet in the mouth 😳! After a little while it started to schwirl☺️. Very clean aftertaste 💖. I mean, it's so easy to drink! The aftertaste is short and I want to drink some more! I can't wait to see how it turns out. It was too perfect with the caprese I made with the mozzarella I got. I almost drank too much 🥺. No, I drank too much and overslept the next day, yes. LOL! It was so good that I would chase it next year if I had the means to get it 😘.

na2I haven't written since I drank 🥺. Goho written Goho ☺️! I heard it's a recently established brewery in Hokkaido. I heard it's light and delicious 🤤. Still hard to come by 💦. We received a bottle of special Junmai Kitashizuku from a person in Hokkaido 💕. Is the aroma particularly characteristic 🤔? Tastes dry and easy to drink! It's smooth like a Kubota Manju or something! Light and delicious taste is exactly what it sounds like! It's just like that 🥺! I'll drink it over the next two weeks or so. Sweetness and umami increase It was awesome to drink 💕🤤💕 It's been a while since I drank something that wasn't sweet. I thought I really like the light-heartedness too 🥰.

na2Got a sake recommendation from a fellow sake-loving gamer! New Running of Naminotone I guess they are particular about the fact that it is "new" and not "rough running" 🥰. The aroma is sour and mature, and it smells like alcohol! Certainly does not smell fruity 🤔 I tried to drink it. Dark ！！！！！ Sweetness moderately tasty and flavorful 😳😳! LOL! The alcohol and bitterness that comes from it is I guess it's only possible with high alcohol content 😋? Well, this is delicious 🥰. I can't help it. I hear it has a rough taste. It's not like that at all. It's easy to drink. It doesn't even feel like an alcoholic drink! Also, I personally like the understatement in the tag ☺️. Thanks for the delicious sake💓

na2Kawanakajima Genmai, which may be rarer than Jyushiro over here! In Ishikawa, you can't even order it at izakaya unlike the pre-sake 🤔 lol I was fortunate enough to receive such a sake 🤤. And even Genshikinmai's Kinmon-Nishiki and Hana-yoso, 🥺💦. I'll get to those two later 🤤. I thought that since it was unfiltered raw, I shouldn't let it sit. I opened a bottle for my daughter's entrance ceremony 🤤. Sweet mellow fruit-like aroma 😘. Tastes just like it! Dense and sweet! Some bitterness and tingling in the aftertaste What the heck, it's soooo good! It's incredibly sweet, but has a clean aftertaste and you won't get tired of drinking it✨. No wonder it's so popular 😳 It's a very rare sake, so let's take our time drinking it 💕.

na2Kikusui! This is Funaguchi! I bought it because many sake lovers ask me for a recommendation for a cup of sake, and this is the one they recommend! I'm freaked out after buying it at 19 degrees. LOL! Slightly yellow and dull color when opened 🤔. I don't smell anything special 🙄? The first thing you drink is sweetness🤩! The flavor is surprisingly good, and there is a feeling of alcohol coming down the throat, but not so much that it feels like 19 degrees 😤? The aftertaste is clean and amazingly easy to drink 🥰! LOL! I've been drinking a lot of raw sake lately 🤔. Easy to drink, no peculiarities, sweet 🤗. No wonder it's so popular 😳! LOL! Cup sake is not to be underestimated 🥳.

I often see grapefruit as the flavor, but I don't like grapefruit so much, so I don't know what will happen to me 🙄 lol The aroma is not particularly fruity? The mouthfeel is sweet first, then sour, then bitter, then cut by acidity! Okay, it's got a greffle feel to it! The bitterness lingers just fine, it's light, and it's awesomely refreshing! I'm sure it would be delicious after a few days. If you leave it too long, it's like an instrument Masamune. I wonder if it would be subtle with a sense of maturity. This one has a good sweetness and can be used during a meal 🤗. Even though I'm not a greefleur, I thought it tasted great!

na2My first packaged sake! I heard that adding hon mirin to this packaged sake is delicious, so I gave it a try🤣! Smells like aged sake🤔. Taste. Tastes like it's been aged just like the aroma, bitter. But it cuts through quickly and is quite good! I think it would be better cold (room temperature) or lukewarm? I added some mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) to it... Aroma remains the same 🙄. But It tastes delicious and sweet 😳!!!! Eh, what's this🙃? LOL! Easy drinking, rich, classic type of sake! It's so delicious 🤣🤣. Glad I tried it when it was recommended! LOL! Whenever I want a dry sake, this is all I need to drink. LOL! This is worth a try for those who like umami-guchi 🥰 lol

na2This is from sakedatabank. This is one that I received as a special prize 🥰. Slight Ori It fluffs up when you shake it! The name of this product is said to come from its appearance of dancing cherry blossoms🌸. Bubbles as if it were a draft sake 🤤. The aroma is very refreshing and fruity 🙄! The drink was dry, but not as dry as the label says. Sweet and savory 🥰. Not too harsh on the acidity! The bitterness is not noticeable and disappears nicely 😳 Very easy to drink, even though it's a strong drink! I like a high percentage of light nigori, and this one doesn't disappoint! I love it so much💕 The dryness is not for me though 💦🥺. I love the balance ☺️. I could enjoy such a delicious sake. My youngest son graduated that day. It was a happy day🤗 Next year I'm buying one myself!!!

na2Unrefined raw sake directly pumped from the tank mouth←It looks like a spell. LOL! Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding! It reads [Kanae]. And it seems there is a high hurdle to become a special distributor, and there are only a dozen or so in the whole country... 😳. Because I was able to go and buy such a ding. I was patient, but I opened it😇 lol The smell is in the vein of what people call melon or banana? This, I have a feeling I'm going to like it 🙄! When I drank it... Sweet! The sweetness is gutsy! The flavor from the Slight sourness, firm bitterness 🤤. Sake with a clean and beautiful aftertaste. If you let it sit for a bit, you can see the bubbles in the glass, it's like a raw sake! This is delicious on its own 💕. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes stronger 😳. This is what it is😊! The aftertaste is amazing 🤔, the sweetness is intense but disappears quickly and cleanly. It feels kind of fresh and I wonder if the water is good? I'd like to try the fire-roasted version too🤗
