Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly. The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain. Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste. No apples in it and no additives, even after looking at the ingredients many times. No sweetness, no bad taste. I chose the room temperature version and was surprised at how good it tasted. It smells like rice as the temperature rises. 5% has a strong flavor.

〰︎ Original Yeast 🌾Domestic rice 2023/11 Treasure comes from the rice field. Sake given at a New Year's party. I don't drink this type of sake. I was surprised when I drank it for the first time... it's delicious 😋.

Well, it is tantanmen after all...( *´艸`)
