Surprisingly wine-like! Muscat grape - sweeter than I usually like but tasty! Went well with a quick game of Food Chain Island.

This time, it is Mio. I received Mio and a cooled mug as a retirement gift the other day, and since I was able to pass this year's Sakediploma, I opened the bottle with full of enthusiasm. I'm worried that I'm looking at the wrong number ๐Ÿ’ฆ. The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice. It has a juicy flavor with bubbles popping like a sparkling sake. The sweetness of the koji is mixed with apple-like sweet and sourness and carbonation, making it juicy yet refreshing, with a lingering yogurt-like aftertaste. It is a very easy-drinking sake with 5% alcohol while retaining the sake-like character. I am grateful to have met so many people through this examination, and I am also grateful to my family for all the trouble they have caused me. Let's celebrate this sake beginner's start and enjoy some shuwashu sake ๐Ÿ˜†๐ŸŽ‰!

When the bottle was opened, there was a pshhhhhh sound. When poured into a glass, bubbles formed like beer. The top aroma was that of junmai (pure rice). When you drink it, the fine bubbles and carbonation spread refreshingly, and the sweet and sour taste slowly fades away. It is delicious. The overt aroma is fruity. It tastes like white sour and is easy to drink. It seems to go well with something sweet. It has a rather sweet image. It goes well with homemade milk ice cream and apricot bean curd from a convenience store. I was surprised to find a sparkling beer with this flavor at a convenience store. It might be a good alternative to beer on a tired day. The sweetness was a little sticky in the second half. Domestic rice Polishing ratio ? %. Alcohol 5 degrees Celsius
