It's been a while since I drank Banshu Issen. It must be a nice one because it has a tag warning against opening the bottle. From the first sip, it was the best sip of the year! I had it! I don't feel the aroma of the top, but it is the same as the first one! Expectations are rising quite high. The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated! I knew this was the one! The sweetness and umami from the first sip is refreshing, and the acidity is even more so. The citrus aftertaste and the acid bitterness are also refreshing. It's perfect! ♥️ Please don't abuse me. The second is Moriizumi. It is a minor brand, but it is a brewery located in Iwadeyama, Osaki City. It is by no means a DIY-loving model. It has nothing to do with the DIY model. The aroma is almost imperceptible. The mouthfeel is crisp, dry, and moderately tasty. It is a classic light and dry Miyagi sake. As the temperature rises in the mouth, the aroma of rice rises, and the taste is cut off gently with acidity and bitterness. When combined with a cup of Wagi-no-Shirayu (Japanese white hot water), the flavor and aroma opened up at once. It is suitable for warming sake. There are two Moritami breweries in Miyagi Prefecture: Sendai and Iwadeyama. Each Morimin brewery is located under the castle where Masamune resided. There seems to be some kind of history behind it. Last weekend we had another kijen performance. This time, I was asked to lead the "Onori" (a traditional Japanese dance performance) at the Shinzan Ceremony, which was held to replace the temple's chief priest. I was asked to be the leader of the "Onori" (or parade), but I was so nervous that I messed up at the beginning of the performance😅. We had 4 cameras and even a drone flying around filming, so I felt like I messed up 😭. I got myself together with my wife and we had a launch party. We went to a nearby izakaya (Japanese-style pub). The proprietress loves Toyobai, so we brought a bottle of Jyushidai to a place that has a good selection of Toyobai. The aroma of the top shelf was mmmm! The top aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma that comes with a "mmm! The mouthfeel has the dense sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki. The mouthfeel is clear and clear, yet it has the rich sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki. It is already delicious from the moment you sip it! From the fine fruity aftertaste, it is cut off beautifully with a light acid bitterness. The sweetness lingers for a long time. The year's kijo presentation is over with the kijo I messed up. On the previous Sunday, we performed at the Aoba Ward Citizens' Festival. The festival is quite a spectacular event, as we performed together with the Aoba Ward Fire Brigade's ladder-riding performance, but the audience was sparse as it was the first performance after the opening ceremony. Since kijataki has the meaning of exorcism, it is usually performed first thing in the morning. I wonder if this is one of the reasons why there are so many seniors in the audience. Now, the Tochigi sake, Kyokko. I don't feel much Kamitachi-kou. The mouthfeel is a wave of profound umami from a refreshing sweetness. As one would expect from a 5-year aged sake. It is a five-year aged sake, and it carries a good umami. The aftertaste is also clear and finishes with mild acidity and bitterness. There is no strange twinge that is sometimes found in aged sake. I brought this in. Collaboration sake with Sake no Kawashima in Sendai I bought the Jisama series before, which was cheap and tasty, so I repeated it this time! The top-tasting aroma is a little koji aroma. The mouthfeel is sweet and sour with a slight gassy feeling. Although there is a little koji aroma, the price of 2000 yen for a bottle is huge. It's now completely autumn. I bought some AUTUMN TIME this year, too! I like this one the best among all the autumn sakes. I think one of the reasons for this is that I still haven't come to appreciate the taste of cold oroshi, and I have a stupid tongue. The old man at my favorite liquor store said, "KODOSHISHI is a little bit waggy," but what do you think? The aroma of the top is a clear scent of plum blossoms. The taste is very dry, with a bitter taste from the first sip! The umami that comes up slowly. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. and left at 5:00 a.m. to go to Yuriage for the Harako-meshi festival, which was limited to 2,000 servings starting at 6:00 a.m. My friend who went with me drove me back home.
