It's nice to walk into your favorite liquor store, but if you're wondering what to buy, here it is.
When the bottle was first opened, the acidity was a little on the sharp side, but after a week of aging in the cellar, the flavor has opened up and the bottle has been upgraded! The sweetness, umami, and acidity are now well balanced.
Ahhh~ delicious!
I bought this salmon and its skin at the Hokkaido exhibition the other day. I like this kind of dried salmon skin. ♥️
