This is Toryu Ryutaya🐉 from the Tōshun Sake Brewery. This is the first time for Higashiryu. Tatsutaya is the name of the shop when it was founded. This is also at Sakeya Otakesa 🍶. The top aroma is slightly sweet. It is refreshing and slightly dry on the palate, but as you would expect from a Nagoya sake, you can feel the umami flavor as you slowly roll it around on your tongue. I think this sake is best suited for a mealtime drink. The third and fourth pictures are of the brewery and direct sales office of the Toshun Sake Brewery, located about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Moriyama Station on the Chuo Main Line. It is a very nice factory. It was delicious ✨.
