The fourth sake was Harada Shuzo's "Yamaguruma Natsu Ginjo Kuradashi Ichiban" 🌻.

The good times at [Juten] in Takayama City were short-lived, and we added the last of the sake to repay our neighbor's gift to us 🍶.
Yamashimo Kamisumi Junmai Sake.
A full-bodied, clear rice aroma, mellow flavor, and a crisp, clean finish after the koji has been removed from the nose.
My neighbor reserved a plate of grilled fugu (blowfish) as a reward for me and unexpectedly shared it with me 😲.
The grilled fugu was perfectly cooked with a hint of pepper, and the taste was irresistible 😋.
We parted ways with our neighbor, promising to drink together again next year✨.

But it was a very fulfilling trip with some happy miscalculations and some pretty rare discoveries ✨.
In the evening, we went to an izakaya where Kazuhiko Ota used to go!
I was going to go to the izakaya, but it was already booked up a month in advance 🤣.
We checked out the izakaya that the locals go to, made a reservation, and had dinner.
Yamashimo: Nadeshiko no Hana (flowery yeast brewed Nadeshiko no Hana, freshly stored sake).
It has a firm mouthfeel, with a slight sweetness, but also umami, mild alcohol, and an honest taste.
