The sake I drank last year was so good that I made it a regular annual drink.
We will have it again this year in conjunction with the Aoba Festival.
It has a fruity heady aroma, a slight astringent taste from a wave attack of sweetness and umami. Everything is in perfect balance. The sweetness is less than last year.
Yesterday and today in the fresh green city of Sendai, the Aoba Festival was held. Yesterday it rained unfortunately, but it cleared up by Yoiyama Hoko in the evening. It is going to be hot today, but we are going to make a wooden spear again this year! I'm going to roar!
It's been a while since I've said this, but I'm going to say it without permission.
