The third one is grilled bonito on straw!
We used the straw we got at the end of the year and grilled it with gusto! The price of bonito soared so high this year that it cost us a little more than we could have afforded. Of course, it goes great with sake.
I'm not physically up to hosting a BBQ at my house next time, so please invite someone to join us.
