Tenkakashin Junmai Daiginjo
50% 15% 720 ml 1980 yen
I bought the same bottle two years ago, but it was an accidental repeat. I noticed it later when I looked back at the Sake no Wa.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Yamadanishiki produced in District A. The specs are outstanding.
It is a little dry, but has the umami and sweetness of rice. It is easy to drink and gives the impression of an authentic sake.
Two years ago I gave it a 4.0 rating, and this time I gave it the same 4.0.

Year-round products of this very popular series
Flavor -Take a whiff
Apple, pineapple, and a hint of melon. Every time you open the bottle, you will be enveloped by the aroma.
First ~Hold it in your mouth
The first taste is light and smooth, but later the flavor rises slowly. The excellent balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness is harmonized with the rich flavor of grains.
Second - Swallow.
The lingering taste is dominated by apple flavor. It is a sake to enjoy the aftertaste rather than the sharpness. The softness lingers on the tongue and nose.

This is a year-round product of the "Kuo" series by the famous Tochigi brewery, Amataka Shuzo!
This is the only year-round product in the "Kuo" series, which is produced in small quantities under a different theme each time.
It is made from 100% Tochigi grown Eggplant Hikari rice so that the quality of Tochigi's rice can be better known.
The Ten-Taka Brewery is known for its famous sake "Ten-Taka," which is known for its dry taste, but "Kuo" is a brand line that is not limited to a single image, but uses advanced technology to create innovative sake. (From the Meishu Center website)
Mmmm.... It is refreshing and tasty!
It goes with everything.
◾️sakepost products
The sake has a sweet aroma when you open the sealed bottle, perhaps characteristic of the "Yumesasara" sake rice produced in Tochigi Prefecture, but the taste is refreshing on the palate. It is an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing taste, but not too spicy.
Bought this one on a trip to Nasu✨.
It's a local brewery and delicious 😋!
I bought it 🍶 from the owner who told me it was delicious!
I buy it when it says "hiya oroshi" because of the time of year 🤭.
It's tasty, crisp and dry 🤭❗️
Great weekend 😁.
Good morning, Rambo!
I like your trip to Nasu 🤗You're right, "Hiyahoroshi" makes me want to buy more 😄.
Kirikara Ten-Taka is the best for the weekend 😚.
Ohwada Sake Shop @ Tochigi City
Autumn in Tochigi 🍂Sourcing🍶This is the harvest of our trip!
Nice to meet you 😄.
I googled "Houou Mita" and arrived at
Ouada Sake Shop. It is a cozy wooden store, but they seem to have a carefully selected lineup. The inside of the store smells of aromatic wood. 😍.
From the owner who has a gentle and calm atmosphere.
He recommended this👍.
It is sweet and tasty!
The beer is 17 degrees and very drinkable!
The bitter taste lingers in your throat for a moment!
Delicious sake you don't know about!
There are many more 😊.
Good evening, Asanami 😃.
Ohwada-san ‼️ is a liquor store that Nobby sometimes goes to 🤗because of its location, it is Mita-san's home 😊We go there to get 😅Abekan and Yuho rather than Tochigi sake 😄.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
We've been visiting you at ‼️
I think we might have crossed paths? We were so close to you, weren't we?
Ohwada-san, it is true that the lineup of Abekan and Yuho was also very well stocked. I envy your neighborhood💓.
Good evening, Mr. Asanami😄.
Welcome to Tochigi City 🤗
I see you even came to Ohwada-san 🤗.
I see your recommendation was Kubi. ❣️ It's quite a tasty drink 😋♪
The 4th picture! It's the new ginger museum 🤣.
Good morning, Tsubu-chan 😃!
I was very, very satisfied with my trip to Tochigi, where I got some local sake recommendations! The new ginger museum was quite surreal 😆 I'm starting to feel calm looking at all the pink souvenirs. 😅😅
