We had this at our hotel during a trip to Nasu.
It is easy to drink and can be drunk easily. It is said to be dry, but I personally did not find it dry.
It is also great as a food sake.

We had two beers and then went on to the sake 🍶.
We had all of them and the first one was "Amataka".
It has a special pure, yellowish hue, full-bodied but also sharp.
Of the three, this is the best 💁.
Nikko Ichimonji" has a gorgeous aroma, but it is light on the palate, and the sweetness is a bit strange.
I don't remember "Kyokko" for a moment 🙏.

The aroma is melon. In the mouth, there is a gaseous feeling (the freshness of nama-shu), and it finishes with umami, bitterness, and dryness, and then quickly fades away. It is good as a food sake. Today, we served it with a perfect lineup of dishes such as salted squid, buri daikon (radish), hijiki (hijiki mushroom stew), and cheese with sake thief!

I went into a sake store to buy a bottle of local sake. Kaori Petit Petit Petit"! It is made under a different theme every year, so you may never see it again.
Fruity, yet refreshing, and as the name suggests, the aroma spreads. Delicious.

A bit of a walk, but I was attracted by the many variations of chicken sashimi and the large selection of sake.
Slightly chilled cold sake
It is cloudy white.

The sake itself is delicious, but the sweetness is so strong that it does not complement the accompaniments, so it is best to pair it with accompaniments that are not overpowered by the strong flavor.

Local Tochigi sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you first taste a gentle sweetness. The spiciness lingers in the mouth. The deliciousness of the rice can be felt gradually. It is easy to drink without being too assertive.
People who like it strong may find it watery. The sweetness and rice flavor could be felt a little later after opening the bottle, so it might be good to wait a little longer.
I like it because it is easy to drink. It was empty in an instant. I recommend drinking it with a meal!

Organic sake made without using pesticides or fertilizers. Tenryaka is committed to organic sake.
It is also sparkling, with fine bubbles from the second fermentation in the bottle.
It has no sweetness and is dry, refreshing, and dry. It is a good sake for toasting as only Amataka, which is particular about dryness, can make.
