It was recommended to me by a person I used to know at a sake bar.
Cold sake
Rich, biscuit-like aroma.
Light and round, with a little bit of roundness.
It has been aged for a while, but it doesn't have a matured feel to it.
Personally, I prefer Tochigi sake with a strong umami taste to sweet sake with acidity.

A gift from Tenryaka
It has a clear and dry base with a distinctive bitter taste. The bitterness is not something that lingers in the back of the throat, but is relatively refreshing, which I personally prefer.
Don't abuse the sake language, it's self-explanatory.

After drinking it at the Tokyo SAKE Collection 2024, I wanted to try it again. It's like honey diluted with a little water, just like that! I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but I'll have to try it again 🍯.
