Organic Junmai Daiginjo sake.
The company grows its own rice.
The aftertaste is short because it is made from gohyakumangoku (five hundred million stone), and it is polished well, so it disappeared quickly!
It said, "Beware of spewing..."
I was looking away for a moment, and my father shook the nigori sake that had been separated as hard as he could! 🤣
I was afraid to open it...
Perhaps it was because it had been a little over a year since it was manufactured, but I didn't expect it to be non-foaming and not blow out at all.
Maybe it was the way it was stored? But I was relieved to see that the result was okay, lol.
I preferred the "clear part" that remained separated rather than shaken...✨It was clean, dry, and easy to drink.
Good evening, JUN 😃.
I'm glad nothing happened to you 😱I'm glad you didn't know about the shaking 😄Tochigi-shu 🍶There are a lot of good ones 😋There are a lot of good ones 👋.
Thank you for your message, Jay & Nobby.
Sake from Tochigi is fascinating 🍶✨.
We're going to try a lot of them now 😋👋.
If you have any recommendations, please let us know~!
I'm drinking outside... I'm making love to you...
I drank this drink at a collaboration event with a sake bar and a curry shop.
I dared to remove the Hanahayo!
It was the first sake I saw from Tochigi so I was curious and ordered it.
It has a sweetness and rice flavor, not too sweet, not too dry, but delicious 😊.
Tochigi love ❤️
This weekend is the Tsukuba Marathon🏃.
I came to Utsunomiya partly to escape from traffic restrictions.
Stopped by a sake shop and got a new bottle of Amataka sake ✨.
Tenryaka is my favorite sake in Tochigi because it has the image of a sharp and crisp sake for a young man 🍶.
But this one is fruity with a melon aroma 🍈.
But it has a nice sharpness, so I could drink it easily 😋.
My father never drank Bakuren because he said it was too sweet, so I had given up trying to get him to drink sake, but he wanted to taste this one.
He said it was fruity, but dry and delicious.
It's a mystery to me. But I'm glad it's good 🤣.
Hi Mamio 😃
Oooh! I thought you were going to run a marathon ‼️ 😅 That's what I thought 😅. Welcome back 👋.
You certainly have that image of Mr. Tenaka 🧐 mystery? I'm sorry, but I guess the word is "fragrant dry" 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby! Apple picking, new buckwheat, athletics, I enjoyed Tochigi ✨I think my dad's taste buds are getting ahead of his image 😅He always splits his water as close to clear as possible, sake seems to be strong 😱.
I always look forward to the Tenryaka sake I buy every year!
It's like, what does this year's Tenryaka taste like, and this year it's really good! It is the most gorgeous and refreshing sake ever. It's not at all stodgy, and it's a very smooth and refreshing drink.
This time, I attended an inspection workshop 🚌 🚌.
During lunch
I want you to try the local sake
I hope you will enjoy drinking
and we were given this sake!
We were served this sake!
It was named after the first brewer who had a dream of a big hawk soaring in the sky when he stayed at a ryokan in Kyoto.
I see...
Now, a sip...delicious!
The taste is elegant and refreshing!
Mild and nice on the palate!
Japanese Bento while eating!
Sake is great to drink from noon 😋👌👌.
