My wife's favorite Shoun Kinryu.
I am not looking forward to this brand, which is brewed in the last remaining wooden vat in the brewery.
It is based on a classical light dry taste, with a light sweetness and a firm umami flavor. The aroma of the wooden vat is in the back of the nose. The acid bitterness at the end is also pleasant, and one can sense the skill of the master brewer, Mr. Terui, who is a master craftsman of our time.
I have not seen this in a long time! He was about 2 meters long, but he was a handsome man with a fearless look 😅.
Please don't abuse him.
