This is Toryu Ryutaya🐉 from the Tōshun Sake Brewery.
This is the first time for Higashiryu.
Tatsutaya is the name of the shop when it was founded.
This is also at Sakeya Otakesa 🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
It is refreshing and slightly dry on the palate, but as you would expect from a Nagoya sake, you can feel the umami flavor as you slowly roll it around on your tongue.
I think this sake is best suited for a mealtime drink.
The third and fourth pictures are of the brewery and direct sales office of the Toshun Sake Brewery, located about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Moriyama Station on the Chuo Main Line.
It is a very nice factory.
It was delicious ✨.
Peachy, nectar-like aroma.
It has a clear, charming sweetness and a light syrupiness.
The rice flavor expands softly and softly.
The aroma of sweetpotato is also present after swallowing.
It is a great sweet flavor that doesn't go down too quickly.
The degree of liking ☆ 3.5/5
Limited edition sake bought at the brewery
The recommended way to drink it is on the rocks, so it has a strong flavor when served cold. And it is sweet.
It is not as strong or sweet when served over ice.
I wanted to drink the same sake from Aichi.
It is as refreshing as water. I wonder if the acidity level also goes up when the temperature goes up?
It is too easy to drink due to the fact that it is 10% alcohol.
I drank it as a souvenir from a recent trip to Nagoya, a nightcap.
Although it is a junmai sake, it has a low alcohol content of 10% and is a sweet sake.
It tasted more like sugar than fruity, with a hint of sweetness, and was a sake that tasted like nothing I had ever had before lol.
