At the Toyama prefecture antenna store in Nihonbashi I have been comparing drinks 🍶-. (1) Narimasa Yoshinshin Mellow and deep flavor! (2) Iwase Junmai Ginjo This one also has umami flavor! (3) Tamakyuu Junmai Ginjyo Namaishu BLACK It has a nice clean and sharp taste! It is my favorite out of the three ♡♡♡♡!

Haneya's first hiyaoroshi of the year is my favorite, fruity and mild. Each one is different and interesting when compared.

This is delicious. They store it in the refrigerator for several years and let it mature before shipping. The moderate acidity makes it very appetizing. I thought it was a good sake with a good flavor!

This is a sake comparison. It seems to be the brother brewery of "Katsuma". However, the taste is quite different. It is dry and robust. You can also taste the bitterness. I thought it was a good sake! I was not able to find a way to correct it later, so I left it as it is: I couldn't figure out how to correct it later, so I left it as is: ....... Here is another drink to compare. I think it is a unique sake. It is robust and has a touch of acidity. As the description says, it is a rich, dry sake. It is a sake with a lingering aftertaste! Also, the playing card label is nice. LOL! Sake strength: +3 Acidity: 2.2 Alcohol content: 18
