It's so delicious💕I can't end the summer without drinking it every year, it's a personal must. Please try it if you haven't yet. ☺️
The best thing about it is the cute 😍label🫶, the refreshing blue bottle that makes you feel cool in the hot summer 🫶, the aroma is fruity like pineapple, the taste is very smooth and delicious with the black day water, the sweetness spreads in the mouth while the bitter taste lingers pleasantly😊I really like it 😍. It goes down so smoothly 🫶✨✨ this year was a memorable year for me to visit a brewery😄I hope to catch a bottle of Ding next year 🤭.

Aroma of rice. Dry and sharp. But there is also acidity and a hint of sweetness. Numbness and astringency on the tongue. Delicious. When heated, the softness comes forward. It has two sides.
I have the impression that Shinanonishiki is a sake brewer that makes quite sharp sake.
We bought it at Miyajima Sake Brewery in Ueda. Zankuro's brewery is Miyajima Sake Shop in Ina.

Smells like caramel. Sour. Sweet. Slightly tingling. Impression like candy. And it smells like a sake brewery. I often see sake made with wine yeast these days, but this is delicious (my favorite).
This is Kitayasu Brewery's recommended sake.
Purchased at a sake shop. It was indeed a prosperous store. 阿佐波Ueda Expedition🍶Naturally, we went straight to our destination, Okazaki Sake Brewery, but to our surprise, the brewery store had zero stock 😱.
The next shipment will be next Tuesday........ 🥲.
However, we couldn't give up, so we went around to the distributors in Ueda City and visited them with a ray of hope.
I visited a few distributors in Ueda city and found ❗️🙌㊗️🥰!
There it was!
The brewery didn't have it,
But the distributors have it.
It was worth the visit to Miyajima Sake Shop!

The view of the 🤤satoyama is from the observatory at the Yasuyasutemi station. I could see as far as Nagano in the distance. 阿佐波Hi ma-ki-! Miyajima Sake Shop became a sacred place that I couldn't miss on my trip to Nagano 🌟The high scenery is looking over Chikuma from Ubasuteyama. It was below freezing but it was worth the climb.
