Chaoraus
Slightly yellowish liquor.
Strong alcohol at first, then some rice cake and lactose.
Mild mouthfeel, with sour cream and butter sensation, alcohol is still strong, and the rawness is not obvious. The finish is medium-bodied, with some bitterness and burning. The aftertaste has a sense of rice bran.

I finally got this and I tried it soon.
This is really nice and full-bodied and slightly sensed like chestnuts because its brewing method; Kimoto. So, this has umami which comes from the brewing method.
I really like it.

The amino acidic umami (as I think of it) is kept, and the finish has the freshness of the sake. The bitterness comes out, but it is OK because it would be insufficient without this much bitterness!

The core sweetness and umami are well balanced.
The only drawback is the lack of aromatic pleasure.
The only difference between this wine and Yamama is the acidity.
