The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

I had bought it about 7 years ago and I remembered how delicious it was😁. This is the first time I've seen it in a while at Ikebukuro Seibu, so I was nostalgic and bought it. The first day I opened the bottle, I felt some gas. The first day I opened the bottle, I could feel some gas. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
