Moved to the corner of Matsuzaki in Kawagoe. This is my first time at the fashionable Yellow Cherry Blossom. It is easy to drink and refreshing. It is the opposite of Kappa's sake. The reason why I couldn't feel the Aizan sensation must be because I was drunk.

The first Kinokuniya Bunzaemon! It has the fresh aroma of unpasteurized sake and a smooth, non-viscous mouthfeel. It has a high alcohol content of 18 degrees, which makes it very drinkable, but it is also very refreshing and tasty.

Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

The ones that are not on the menu. There is a Chiyoda Kura and a Yukihikoyama, both unopened. I decided to go with Chiyoda Kura because I thought I could buy Yukihikoyama at a liquor store in my neighborhood. The taste is moderately sweet and tasty with a summery, crisp, spicy flavor. The impression is that it is quite sharp and clean.

Rice used is unknown. According to the owner of the sake shop, the sake is aged for three years, but there is no strong sense of aging, and it is a dry junmai-shu with a good acidity. It is a dry junmai-shu with a lot of acidity. The sweetness that spreads fluently and the spicy astringency in the latter half are very unique. After a few days, it becomes more crisp and easy to drink. For my taste, I'd like to have more of a woody or smoky flavor. Either way, it's not a type that will appeal to everyone. The mainstay of this brewery is Yamahai brewing, so it will be interesting to see how peculiar it is.

The last one is Tafresh, a local sake from Yokote. I've never seen two kanji characters lined up by this person before😅. A spicy to refreshing drink. Might be similar to the 7 spears I had before 🤔. This one was also delicious.
