Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri.
After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri.
This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity.
It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

Ryujinmaru also has a matured and caramelized taste.
It's delicious, but it's better to drink it in autumn or winter.
I think I would like to drink it in autumn or winter.
It's a sake that can be enjoyed with oden (oden) that has a strong mustard flavor.
I guess that's the image of sake.

Good evening, tkmts🌆.
Like Shikishima, it looks like a good sake to drink heated in winter 🍶.
The sake quality seems to be strong, so it doesn't seem to change its taste even if you let it sit for a while 😊.
