The second drink at Marukoma was my first "Koshu". It is light and crisp with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. The second sake was "Koshu", which is also from Niigata but has a different flavor from the "Hokusetsu" that we drank for the first sake 🎵.

After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy.
