I bought it at Aeon while I went to see a movie today. It's the first time for me to drink it. This is 900ml, isn't it? I thought the shape of the bottle was different. The taste is quite strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I think it's a delicious sake ☺️. It's good even if it's heated up☺️.

Chidori Masamune is a Japanese sake from Sanda City! It is packed with umami, and although brewer's alcohol is added, the lingering aftertaste is amazing! Even when heated, the flavor is outstanding, and it is the best of the best!

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

4 points - so-so? More acidity than Junmai Namaishu?

The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

For the first time in my senses, there is a slight aroma of wooden vats, and the fermentation is elegantly expressed and luxurious. Is it a regular sake because there is no specific name on it? Pair it with horse mackerel nameko and it's the best match!

I bought reading glasses at DAISO. Now with chikumo Exchange goods 😆 Thank you for everything 😄 It's a bright yellow color and feels like it's made in a wooden vat 😆. This is a record of a sake tavern I stopped by when I was in Shibuya on a business trip. There was Wakakoma, which I had been interested in for a while, so we compared drinks by specifying the brand name. Wakakoma was a beautiful sake. It was comfortable to finish it easily without any sticking point. Kanemaru had a black and white label, which I preferred. The rice flavor was strong and distinct. Delicious! The red and white label had a strong smoky aroma, perhaps a wooden vat feeling, and it was hard to taste it as a sake. Next was Eiko Fuji no Hoshimatsuri. I saw it in the basement of Shibuya Tokyu, but did not buy it because of its high price. I drank one pot of it deliciously and appreciated it as I should have. The white malted rice of Sanzen Sakura was the best discovery of the day. The acidity comes first, but the umami comes soon after. It is really delicious. I think it is one of my favorite sake with acidity attack. I want to drink it again. The last sake is from Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. This sake is refreshing, but a little bit rich, and quite delicious. The sake sommelier's recommendations offer new discoveries. It was a good way to spend a Friday night.

6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.

#Funabori# A bit of a bad look 😅. Homemade sundubu jjigae with a side of homemade sundubu jjigae. We had this one. The sundubu jjigae was I kept the spiciness low so that my family could also enjoy it. I made the best use of the soup stock of shijimi clam. The sake does not have much rice flavor 🤔. Maybe because it is a ginjo sake. It is quite light.

Sannomaru Autumn hiyaoroshi from Kaito Otokoyama Shuzo. There is almost no standing aroma, but the hint of aroma is pear. It is a junmai sake that was fire-aged before storage and bottled fresh. It has a rich flavor, but it is still fresh, so it is not hard to drink and before you know it, you will be back for more.
