The sweetness is not too strong, but rather relaxing. Perfect for enjoying in the colder months. The sweetness itself is more subdued than the normal type, but on the other hand, you can fully enjoy the cleanliness that is typical of Gunma sake, which is a good balance!

As the summer is drawing to a close (the heat is still on), I opened a bottle of "Katsuragawa" sake on the rocks, which I was looking forward to drinking again this year!
