This Kurashiki sake is made from Omachi, which is grown using the same natural farming methods as the miraculous apple.
The aroma is slightly fruity and refreshing. In the mouth, the mild sweetness of rice and the fresh aroma of green apple spread out. It flows smoothly down the throat and has a refreshing aftertaste.

We get a mouthful of this one as well.
It is fresh and clear on the palate. It has a juicy grape-like quality, but it is not showy at all and has a depth of flavor that can be used as a food wine.
Bicchu tasted Tamashima's sake.
It tasted fresh, yet luscious without any cloying taste.
I don't remember Kikuchi's sake tasting this good! I thought to myself.

It has some sugar content, but it also has acidity, so it is not unpleasant to the palate. The total alcohol content also makes it feel spicy.
