Summer liquor to buy in December. LOL.
2,365 yen for 720ml.
Polishing ratio 45
Bought it because of the bottle design.
According to the store's pop-up description, it has a crisp flavor with a pineapple aroma.
The smell is indeed faintly pineapple.
I drank it.
For a moment, I thought it would be sweet, but it is dry with a delicious flavor and a slight bitterness comes at the end.
This bitterness is not bad; it is an addictive bitterness.
I would definitely like to try other kinds of sake.
It was delicious.
Rice polishing ratio: 65
Alcohol content: 18%.
I bought this while choosing a sake to give to my mentor.
I was concerned about the taste because it contains shochu as an ingredient, but I did not mind the taste of shochu so much.
I thought it was a great product, light and dry, with a strong umami taste, but it had a high alcohol content, and I felt drunker than usual when I drank it at the same pace as usual.
I also enjoyed the variety of flavors depending on the meal.
It has a subtle aroma of freshness.
The soft sweetness comes first, and finishes with a sharp alcohol taste.
The flavor is clear and flows nicely, and is easy to drink for a 18% alcohol.
This is also the recommended Denshin Nama Sake 😛.
In contrast to the Yo-no-Tori we had earlier, the freshness and crispness of the nama-zake made us want to drink it in gulps.
I was intrigued by the fact that this was my first experience with Hashira shochu, but the person drinking next to me seemed to know what it was and explained it to me.
It is brewed by adding homemade shochu, and I think I now understand why it is so sharp and refreshing with a full-bodied flavor.
The snowman that appears when you open the bottle is also cute.
I wonder if it is related to the snowman!
Winter only.
The hand-applied stickers of snowmen are very funny and delightful.
The flavor is fluffy and gorgeous. However, it could be a little more sharp.
