Junmai Ginjo-shu has a gentle aroma and the deliciousness of the rice is alive. It is full and mild. The taste is light and fine. It's a very typical Japanese sake. Delicious...I want to drink more and taste more.

When sake is aged for a long time, it has a unique and deep flavor that transcends the five tastes of sweet, spicy, astringent, bitter, and acid. It's a little different and unique from anything I've ever had before... I've never had it before, but I'm not sure if it's my favorite...
