Slightly sweet taste. No scent can be felt. It is suitable for everyday drinking and as a mid-meal drink. It is different from the Shinomine series and has a very normal taste. The last sake of this year. Recommended for a light evening drink.

This one on the right in the photo is a sake that I purchased to enjoy at the hotel during my trip to Nara to learn more about Nara's sake.
I don't remember much of the taste, but I got the impression that it had a clear, un-Nara-like sake flavor, so I don't think I'll have it next time.

It has a nice sharpness that disappears quickly 😆.
No sweetness, but the alcohol feeling that comes after is pleasant 😆.

It's Sunday in the middle of Golden Week and unfortunately I have to go to work tomorrow...
So I opened a bottle of sake made with up to 70% polished Aizan rice from Hyogo Prefecture 🍶.
You can feel the taste of Aizan 😆.
Nice taste 🤗
Now let's start working hard as usual tomorrow!
