I didn't drink enough, so +1!
So... open one cup 😁.
But I didn't really notice the aroma...
But when you take a sip, it's very rich and mellow... Well, it's not for everyone, but if you like the fruity and easy-drinking flavors of today, you may not like it... 😰.
It's a perfect food sake and can be served with strong dishes, but... it's more for those who want to get drunk after a few drinks 🥴.
It's a bit like the Takezuru Junmai in the prefecture...but it might be better if it's heated up 💧.
I prefer the one-cup "Honorary Ikezuki" that I drank in the summer. It still had a distinct umami and was less mellow, so I think it's for everyone 😌.
At JAL lounge in Itami Airport ☕️
The moment I saw the label
JAL original?
But it's not....
The aroma is a little bit strong.
It has an impact.
Typhoon? Bad weather?
Enjoyed the 30 minutes flight delay due to the bad weather 😀.
#Junmai #Unfiltered #Nama-nazake #Polishing ratio 60% #Alcohol 18% #Nihonshudo (sake degree) ➕2 #Acidity 1.7 It is mild and thick because it is a nama-nazake. But not too sweet. It is delicious!

#Nihon-shu
This is not a strange sake, but it is a local brand of Chiyo Shuzo, the brewer of Shinomine.
I drank it heated.
The initial aroma is of alcohol with a hint of acidity.
It was a bit unusual in that it was very dry in the mouth, like water, but the acidity was accentuated by a tangy taste at the end.
The owner said it was like drinking water when chilled.
Thank you for the sake!
Sake (3) that I drank at a Japanese restaurant.
Slightly effervescent and refreshing to the stomach 😉.
It's also a good aperitif to take a break from cooking!
