The booth here was called "Traditional Brewery", but I was told that several breweries are part of a group. In terms of a company, it was the parent company and several breweries were subsidiaries. They have synergy in sourcing rice🌾🤔.

I thought there would be the usual alcohol feel, but there isn't.
It is authentic, but the lack of alcoholiness made it easier to drink 🤗.

Chiyogiku is a classic type of sake, but it had a nice flavor.
There were plenty of shochu and other drinks, but I didn't look at the sake menu because I had zero intention of ordering sake 🤣.
I was so confused about the shochu that I decided to try the Craftsman Tada with soda 😊.
I think I could have tried Zanami after a long time.

This is the sake I won in a 1,000 yen gacha at a brewery opening about six months ago. It's about 2,000 yen sake, so I guess I got a bit of a return on my investment. ✌️
I opened this sake in the fridge because I wanted to drink something more classic since I have been drinking a lot of fruity sake recently.
As I expected, it is a refreshing classic sake. I sometimes want to drink this kind of sake. 😋😋😋😋
