I went to Uozu the other day 🐟.
I bought a bottle of Tateyama there to drink at the hotel, but I drank too much Tateyama at the restaurant and had to take it home 🚙.
This pattern has been happening a lot lately😅.
It's fresh but in a good way, it doesn't have the punch or roughness of unfiltered raw, smooth and gentle on the palate, very natural and easy to drink ☺️
It has a melon-like fruitiness and finishes with a melon-like flavor 🍈.
And the pure and clean finish is typical of Toyama sake 🤔.
It doesn't have a big impact, but such a gentle unfiltered pure sake is precious, I can drink it all the time 😋.
I wish you all a very Happy New Year 🎍.

The event was moved to Tokyo and held at a certain hotel in Tokyo 😊.
After the event, we went to a Hokuriku restaurant with the guests 😋.
Here is the first 🍶.
Instead of pressing by machine, the sake is bottled drop by drop by hanging a sake bag.
The sake is bottled drop by drop.
Just listening to the explanation, I was like, "Hurry up!
It has a strong flavor and a mild sweetness...
It has an elegant flavor!
Love at first sight
I wasn't sure if I should drink the last of it, but I did.
The color of the sake, it is colored
Steamed oysters as snacks!
A very refreshing sake!
Very refreshing!
Sake that has sweetness and sourness running through it
I mentioned that the label looks like a purple space or an eggplant, and the designer seems to be the same.
Cute and nice design, I want to drink all of them!
