2024 Spring Evening - Tasting New Sake - 18Last. Yoshinotomo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake Tominokou As I recall, it is a current sake with apple blossom yeast. I heard that there were 40 kinds of sake at this banquet, but only 18 made it to the end. Each brewer's brewing water was also offered as a Wakarimizu. Shibuya with customers (1) Yesterday, a drinking party for a group of four with occasional customers. A rather nice restaurant on the edge of Shibuya. A little nice restaurant on the outskirts of Shibuya. The first sake was a request from one of the other guests, Niida Shizen-shu, which none of us had ever had before. (I've had it a few times myself 😆). But the "Tamura" that came out was the first time I had ever had it! 😘. It's like a natural sake, dark and strong. Sweet, tasty, sour all there 😋. But not as sweet as regular natural sake? First dish, hand-rolled seared conger eel and shijimi clam soup!

A work colleague gave it to me as a souvenir from a trip to Nagano. My first bite was "much sweeter than I expected"! It's not fruity, but more like a smooth and sweet taste. My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama. It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle. Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck. It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food.
