Purchased at Okadaya, Nagoya Rice used is Yume-Ginko from Nagoya This sake has a slightly sweet and robust flavor. It is not so fresh, but has a mildly sharp and clean aftertaste. Overall, it has a calmness that makes it a versatile all-around food sake. This is a good sake for ministry.

Brewed by Suginomori Sake Brewery, a revived brewery. This brewery is not registered with Sake-no-Wawa.... Despite the chic jet-black bottle. Fruity aroma, sweetness, and The flavor of the rice is very strong.

This is the third bottle of the owner's choice. This is the first one I've seen. I have no prior knowledge of this one, so I'm looking forward to this one too 😙. Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16%. 100% Kinmon-Nishiki is used. Memory fails me, but this is probably the first time I've tasted Kinmonnishiki💦. Melon aroma and elegant sweetness. The umami is unique from other sake rice, but that's the good part 😊.

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

This was my first time to drink Kagoshima sake. I thought it might be too strong, but it was easy to enjoy.

This is one of the bottles that was sold in a set with Tobiroki at Hasegawa sake shop, it was made in October 2020, so I guess they used Tobiroki to clear this stock 😅. I'm not a big fan of the Satsuma Masamune, but I'm not a big fan of the Tobiroki either. I was a bit worried because it's a raw stored sake, almost a year after production, but there were no quality issues 😄. Rather, I didn't feel the peculiarity that I felt when I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it tastes better than that time 🌟. It has a slight sweetness, a strong alcohol feeling and a spiciness that comes down the throat, not very distinctive but enough for everyday drinking. Cold sake is the best 😚

Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon.
