Memorandum of Remarks 🙏.
This is my 5th drink at "Ishii". This is "Ko-Imari" from Saga 🍶.
But you drink a lot. I can't remember the taste of my drink 😅.
Memorandum of Remarks 🙏.
This is my 4th drink at Ishii. This is "Kamerei Ura Happichi" from Hiroshima.
It is said that the yeast used in the back version is different from the standard "Yappa", but the back version is also dry and easy to drink with a fruity aroma and sweetness to match 🙂.
Memorandum of Remarks 🙏.
The third drink at "Ishii". This is "Ippaku Suisei" from Akita 🍶.
This sake also has a subtle aroma and is crisp and goes well with food. ☺️
This is a memorandum of my visit to "Ishii".
Today I came to "Ishii" for a dinner after a long time with my friends with whom I have shared many hardships... After drinking beer, we were served today's sake. The first glass was "Kido" (🍶).
It is mild and goes well with food 😉.
Just a reminder 🙏.
The third drink at Sapporo sushi restaurant "Hizen" is also "Tokachi" from Kamikawa Daisetsu 🍶.
Dry and dry. Powerful and drinkable 👌.
Sorry for the memorandum 🙏 I managed to finish the Hokkaido Marathon, so I came to a sushi restaurant "Hizen" in Susukino as a reward.
I managed to finish the Hokkaido Marathon, so I came to a sushi restaurant "Hizen" in Susukino as a reward 🍣.
The sake recommended there was "Goryo" by Kamikawa Taisetsu 🍶.
It was so delicious that the next day I went to a local sake shop and bought a bottle of Kamikawa Taisetsu sake as a souvenir. ✈️
Just a reminder 🙏 I asked for a glass of wine at "Gon" in Sapporo.
I ordered a glass of wine at "Gon" in Sapporo, but they didn't have wine, so I was served a second glass of sake made with wine yeast 🍶.
It was very tasty with a good balance of fresh acidity and sweetness 😉.
Just a reminder 🙏.
I came to Sapporo for the Hokkaido Marathon✨
I know I'm not supposed to drink the day before, but since I came all the way to Sapporo, I had some delicious fish at "Gon" in Raccoon Shoji Market 🐟.
I asked the owner for a Hokkaido sake and was served "Niseko" 🍶.
It goes very well with the salty Hokkaido fish 😆.
Just a reminder 🙏.
I was going to buy some yakitori at "Ochoko" to go home since I got a line from my wife that she didn't have any staple food, but I couldn't resist the temptation and ate and drank at the restaurant 😅.
After beer, the sake was "Otokoyama", a very dry sake that goes well with yakitori 🍶.
Super delicious 😋.
Just a reminder 🙏.
Today I drank some sake that I received at home. It is "White Lightning" from Aihara Shuzo in Hiroshima, Japan.
The sake cup is black, so it's hard to tell, but there is a white orikashi (a rough white rice cakes): ⚡️
It has just the right amount of sweetness and sharpness, making it a great sake for summer 😋.
A reminder and a smear 🙏.
This is the third restaurant in Nagarekawa after a long absence. We came to "MICHIMAN".
We had already eaten and drank a lot, so we had the fine rolls as our entrée and sake to finish off the meal.
The owner offered me some sake and I decided to try the Aomori's "Toyo Saihei" 🍶 "N" is said to come from the Tohoku accent, "Nme". Really "good" 😆.
Just a reminder 🙏.
I came to "Ochoko" in Yokogawa by myself after a work meeting today.
I drank "Drunken Whale" from Kochi 🍶.
I drank too much beer and highballs at the party, so it's nice to drink sake slowly 😌.
A memorandum, smitten 🙏.
The third drink at "Gokan". It's "Modern Sentori Mukunin" from Tochigi 🍶.
It tastes fresh, sweet and sour, and has a cool and refreshing taste.
A memorandum, smitten 🙏.
The second drink at "Gokan". We chose "Tanaka Rokuugo" from Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture🍶.
The name "Tanaka" comes from the fact that it was brewed in a brewery located in a rice field, and the rice is 65% polished Yamada-Nishiki produced in Itoshima, hence the name "Rokuugo" 📝.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, and goes well with meals 📝.
Just a reminder 🙏.
Today we are celebrating our 60th birthday with a dinner floor at "Gokan" in Hashimoto-cho 🥢.
I asked for a dry sake to go with the dishes and was served Fukui's "Kuroryu".
The elegant aroma and mild mouthfeel of daiginjo sake is impressive 🍶.
Memorandum of Reminder 🙏.
This is my second drink at a "Standing Sake Shop". This sake is junmai genmai (pure rice sake) using only rice and koji, and the number 13 is the alcohol content.
It has a nice mouthfeel and a fruity flavor 😋.
A smear of a memorandum 🙏.
Today, after a work meeting, I came to a "standing bar" in Yokogawa by myself.
The first drink was "Morinokuma-san" by Takachiyo Shuzo. As the mint color of the label suggests, it was refreshing and clean 🩵.
This sake is made by flattening and polishing the rice, which takes longer than usual to bring out the flavor of the rice and is very tasty 😋.
Just a reminder 🙏.
The second cup of "Ochoko" is a special junmai of "Kamo Kanehide" from Kurose 🎶 just a little bit bubbly with a gentle umami and acidity. Delicious 😋.
I guess I was drunk, I forgot my "choko" and went home 😓.
