My wife gave it to me as a birthday present along with horse sashimi😊. Made with Tottori Prefecture's indigenous sake rice "Strong" 🍶. When opened, it has a concentrated flavor and a slightly sweet mouthfeel that makes it easy to drink ✨. After the second day, it becomes more acidic, but still robust and enjoyable ✨.

Kinmon-nishiki" produced in Asashina Gorobei Shinden, Saku City, is used. The delicious taste and sweetness of the rice spread to the palate, and the fruity flavor 🍎 makes it easy to drink as much as you like. By the way, what is terroir? I bought this sake because of the question, "What is terroir? It is a word that everyone in the wine world seems to know, and it expresses the value of the grapes grown in the region 🤔. In the case of this Kame no Kai, it would be "Kinmon Nishiki" produced in Gorobei Shinden in Asashina, Saku City. Great attempt to build one brand for the same rice ✨. Sake is progressing rapidly, isn't it? I still need to learn more 📖.

My wife and I opened a bottle of Nanaken sparkling sake that we had previously purchased 🍶 just in time for White Day. The first sip was fruity and acidic, but as the sipping progressed, the sedimented lees mixed in and added sweetness. It was like enjoying two different tastes in one bottle👍.

I have not had a drink in a long time 🍶 since my abstinence from alcohol due to the effects of mycoplasma pneumonia has gotten a little better. Enjoying the gorgeous sweet aroma, the unique spiciness of the sake is pleasant. The Miyamanishiki flavor and good acidity were perfectly balanced and delicious ✨. I'd like to add some alcohol disinfection treatment to my body from now on👍

I bought this sake as a souvenir from a trip to Kyoto. It has a sour taste and a slightly dry impression that goes down your throat nicely. Most of the sake I've had made with Omachi rice has been mellow, but this one was a lot more robust. This was a sake that gave me a taste of a new aspect of Omachi ✨.
