Company's consolation party at Tsukioka Onsen Hakudama no Yu Hanaou. Another year is over. After work, we boarded a courtesy bus and headed for Gokuraku. First, we changed into yukata, Welcome drink and sweets. Macarons and mini cakes while receiving from several Spring Valley servers. We refrain from having Mame Daifuku and Onsen Manju because we have dinner... And the usual slightly trompe l'oeil hot spring at its best. After getting out, we replenished our water and salt intake with miso soup with shrimp head soup stock and ume plum tea. Dinner is served in a large tatami room with Koshinosen Keikaohu. Junmai Ginjo-shu from Kikusui Shuzo. It is refreshing and mellow. Luxurious time. Sashimi, Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, and Niigata Koshihikari rice. Delicious. The best.
