First Sumiyoshi.
Heated to human skin.
Is it the aroma of cedar?
It has a unique aroma when you put it in your mouth.
The flavor of the rice is strong, and the savory flavor spreads.
The acidity is strong, and the savory flavor remains even after the sake has cooled down.
I was impressed after a long time.
On a cold day like this, I thought heated sake was the way to go, so here it is.
It got a little too hot, but it was delicious after it cooled down. It smells like cedar barrels. And when it cooled down, it went right into the bottle. It's strange, it's so rich, yet it's so light.
It is a great sake for less than 1,000 yen for a No. 4 bottle. The sake brewer's efforts to reduce the use of pesticides is also impressive.
I bought it at a liquor store when I went out of town on a business trip.
I bought it at a liquor store I stopped by when I was out of town on a business trip, and found that Kaze no Mori and Saku were at premium prices, but for some reason Kikuhime and this sake were priced very reasonable. I had always wanted to drink this sake, so I bought it without hesitation.
I requested Sumiyoshi, which was recommended by Mr. R.
This one should be warmed up. It is overwhelmingly warmed up.
This is a bottle that children should not touch.
I would like to know your evaluation.
I found it more like an ant than an ant.
At a yakitori restaurant!
I've never been to Sumiyoshi...what's it like?
Mmmmmm, it's dry!
As it is called "dry", it goes in quickly and goes off without a hitch!
It is a good food sake that does not spoil the taste of the food!
Thank you for this first encounter!
Rigel gave me this 🍶.
When poured, it is quite a bright yellow color 🥃.
It has a strong taste when served cold.
The flavor is rather unique right after opening the bottle.
I let it sit for a week and heated it up 👍.
Especially good when heated ✨.
Certainly a three-digit retail price for this 🤣.
