It is said to be the oldest brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. Fresh and mellow. The acidity is strong. I wonder if it is better to let it sit for a while after opening it. As expected, sweetness appeared on the 3rd day. I wonder if Houyou tastes better on the third day 🤔.

Good evening Rafa 😃 I think the label is classic but there are a lot of sweeter liquors 😋 I would say the taste is a good mix of modern and classic 😊.
