This is KIYOMIZU from the same hanpukai. The difference is that Maikaze from Gunma Prefecture is used instead of Gohyakumangoku. The aroma is the same as SAKAEMASU, but milder. The taste is surprisingly less cloying than SAKAEMASU. There are not many rice varieties that have a cleaner sake quality than Gohyakumangoku. The sweetness is also relatively strong and full-bodied.

Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌. When opened and poured, it has a sweet aroma like sugar and sugarcane. The mouthfeel is crisp and immediately afterwards has the plumpness of rice plus the sweet and spicy taste of brewer's alcohol. He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake!
