Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

Direct from the warehouse I got it at Eiraku in Akita. I bought it after I came back to Japan. It is as beautiful and soft as ever! It is a sake I would like to drink only on a daily basis 🍶.

Tasting at the brewery. Yoshinoya is located near Zenkoji Temple. Fatty cloud mountain series This is the first time to try this brand. We compared two kinds of sake. Compared to Nishinomon, it is more classic. The sweetness is quite moderate, like a traditional sake. It is refreshing and easy to drink. It is a light, easy-drinking sake 🍶. Compared to the mellowness of the Nishinomon, I thought there would be a difference of opinion as to whether it was lacking or simple 🤔. They also make miso here, and we were served miso soup at the end. Delicious with a gentle seafood flavor 😊. I recommend stopping by when you visit Zenkoji temple in Nagano👍.

It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...?
