I'm going to try a popular version that I haven't had very often at this restaurant.
The smell of rice is strong, like cooked rice.
The sweetness is quite moderate, as indicated by the dry description.
The texture is tight.
Aromatic rice flavor and sharp acidity.
The rice flavor is not quite dry, but it has a voluminous flavor.
Somewhat amino acidic flavor, almost filmy.
Grain aroma at the end.
It would go well with miso cucumber, or pork stewed in square cubes because it has a good slice of fat.
(I ordered a highball first.
I ordered the curry flavored chicken cutlet, it doesn't go well with it.
A high-cost, spicy and tasty food wine.
It may be served at different temperatures.
Taste degree ☆ 3.5/5
It was cold and I wanted to drink heated sake, so I bought this sake. It reminded me of the unique impression I had when I drank it once upon a time.
I drank it warmed up, but the acidity stood out without much umami.
Sasanishiki is a light rice that does not have much sweetness, so I think it is a dry sake without much sweetness.
I would have liked a little more umami.
This sake goes well with this season, which is getting a little colder.
The oak aroma is not too strong, and the sense of maturity makes this sake something special.
Of course it goes well with heated sake, so this sake sinks into your cold body.
It is a stable taste.
Just a reminder 🙏.
This is the second cup at the third "Douka" 🍶.
This is also very dry (+7). It's a bit peculiar, but it's like a good old-fashioned sake for adults 🤗.
Yamabuki color, firm cedar barrel aroma and rich flavor. The opposite of a fruity sake. This is what sake is all about. It was a wonderful sake that I never got tired of drinking.
