I found my favorite Satochi at an Izakaya and couldn't resist ordering it😍. The smell of pears. It smells so good. It has a caramel-like sweetness and then a light sourness. After that, the bitterness comes through quickly. It's a beautiful sake. It's really delicious. It's been a long time since I've had it😊. The taste itself is refreshing, but even with a strong oily taste like mackerel, there is a flavor that somehow does not lose at all ️.

This sake bears the name of Hato Masamune's toji, Ki Sato. This is the newest sake from Sato Koshi, made with Masugura🌾. When we drank it last July, it was delicious and full of flavor! The initial aroma is slightly mellow and sweet. It has a gentle sweetness and richness like light brown sugar in the mouth. It is similar to the sake sold last year in collaboration with Hasegawa Sake Shop. This one tastes a little more intense and is fresh because it is a fresh sake, though. It is tasty enough, but I think I prefer to drink it after it has had a little more time to develop its flavor 😂. Thanks chika 😆. It was delicious 🕊️✨️

Some of the people at Sakenawa, who are all guessers of Mr. Toji Sato, always drink it with great relish, so please visit 🕊️ I couldn't find any draft sake, so I went with this one, which is hi-iru sake. The aroma is of sake-like acidity and honeyed apples? It smells like sweet apples? It is quite sweet, but when you drink it, it is not so sweet. However, when I sipped it, it was not so sweet. It has a moist mouthfeel, apple-like cotton candy sweetness, a strong umami, and a full-bodied bitterness, but generally speaking, it is very refreshing. This is a perfect match for Japanese food! I also like that it's blended in a bit as the day goes on. It is not sweet even though it seems sweet, and the balance of umami and lightness is good and refreshing! It also feels more transparent. The balance of umami, sweetness, and smoothness is excellent, and I think it would be great with sashimi, or even a sweet, mild meal. It has an apple-like acidity, but the main flavor is dry and refreshing, and I enjoyed it. I'd like to try some of the raw sake sometime soon!

Nanbu Toji Sato Koshi Special Junmai Shu Shiboritate Nama Shu On a trip back to Aomori. This was the first time I saw this sake. It was easy to drink, with a slight classical sake flavor.

It is not a new sake, but it is a sake brewed at the Masugura brewery, created by Mr. Ki Sato, the toji of Hato Masamune, and Mr. Ki's father, who used to be a brewer at Hato Masamune. The first aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a slight lactic acidity and a mild apple-like sweetness. Tastier than last year's 😊. Unusually for a sake from Aomori, I felt a little bit of nama-hashimoto-ness.

Yesterday, I bought a bottle of Ras 1 at a liquor store in Hachinohe. It was bottled this month and was served at temperatures ranging from hana-yomi (flower-cooled) to cool-cooled. It is not fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the stimulation in the back of your throat and the lingering aftertaste in your nose. It has no habit and is easy to drink. Delicious 😋.

Mr. Touji 🐦 of Hatochan Sake made with rice grown by Mr. Sato Ki🌾. Well, you all already know the brand name that Mr. Ki Sato has named after himself: ❗️ It's delicious, so of course it's a bottle 💪. The aroma is mild, a bit melon-y, but mild and nice 🎵. It's nice and mild 🎵 It has a clean and refreshing taste. A little bit of wasanbon sweetness, The flavor runs lightly from the tip of the tongue to the throat. It has a slightly dry finish with green apple acidity and a crisp bitterness. ❗️ It's delicious😋I'm a genius after all❗️ It goes well with the sweet sauce of yakitori (grilled chicken), I think it goes well with everything. It's a great bottle! I wonder what it would be like if you made Green Nabeshima a little less sweet and a little more dry. On the 4th day after opening the bottle, the flavor has become more rounded and the dryness is felt! People who like dry taste would like it more like this 😊. I drank a Ruby at Zagin last Friday 🍺. All the rubies and snacks at Zagin are expensive and hard for me as a commoner 🤣.
