Sato Takumi特別純米酒 しぼりたて生酒

This sake bears the name of Hato Masamune's toji, Ki Sato.
This is the newest sake from Sato Koshi, made with Masugura🌾.
When we drank it last July, it was delicious and full of flavor!
The initial aroma is slightly mellow and sweet.
It has a gentle sweetness and richness like light brown sugar in the mouth.
It is similar to the sake sold last year in collaboration with Hasegawa Sake Shop.
This one tastes a little more intense and is fresh because it is a fresh sake, though.
It is tasty enough, but I think I prefer to drink it after it has had a little more time to develop its flavor 😂.
