Mr. Touji 🐦 of Hatochan
Sake made with rice grown by Mr. Sato Ki🌾.
Well, you all already know the brand name that Mr. Ki Sato has named after himself: ❗️
It's delicious, so of course it's a bottle 💪.
The aroma is mild, a bit melon-y, but mild and nice 🎵.
It's nice and mild 🎵 It has a clean and refreshing taste.
A little bit of wasanbon sweetness,
The flavor runs lightly from the tip of the tongue to the throat.
It has a slightly dry finish with green apple acidity and a crisp bitterness. ❗️
It's delicious😋I'm a genius after all❗️
It goes well with the sweet sauce of yakitori (grilled chicken),
I think it goes well with everything.
It's a great bottle!
I wonder what it would be like if you made Green Nabeshima a little less sweet and a little more dry.
On the 4th day after opening the bottle, the flavor has become more rounded and the dryness is felt! People who like dry taste would like it more like this 😊.
I drank a Ruby at Zagin last Friday 🍺.
All the rubies and snacks at Zagin are expensive and hard for me as a commoner 🤣.
Oh, Matsuchiyo-san, Ki Sato is a national figure. ☝️ I showed him to everyone in the mahjong club last year and no one knew about him 🤣 but I'm sure everyone learned about him from Sake no Wa. ☝️
Oh my, Jay & Nobby, I wish you could tell me the difference between zangi and karaage 🤣Haruka Igawa said highball for karaage ❤️ so let's have a highball next time 🤣.
This sake came out last December, and I had given up on it because I couldn't get a four-pack in Tokyo, but I saw a notice on Instagram that Ringo no Hana in Yotsuya-sanchome had it in stock, so I had a drink right away 🍶.
The first aroma is soft and sweet like honey.
It has a mild sweetness with a hint of richness in the mouth and finishes cleanly.
I wonder if this mellowness is due to the fact that it has been aged for half a year.
It's so good 🤔.
I will definitely buy it next year 🍶✨.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌙
It's the Sato Kikki nama sake you told me about the other day! It looks delicious just reading your review 🤤.
I see it's hard to find in Tokyo... I hope I can find it somewhere around the time of release 🧐.
I have wanted to drink Sato Kikai since I saw the Manatchi review.
What a surprise, it was in the all-you-can-drink section.
It's strong and strong, but still has a nice sharpness that makes you want to drink the next one. The oil from the bean sprout tempura is also washed away easily. This is delicious. Sato is good at what they do.
The waiter who brought the second Heki Frog was Mild Takeshon, and I thought he made a surprise appearance.
It was the first time in my life to eat and drink with someone who speaks in a perfect Kansai dialect.
Drinking Tohoku sake while listening to the Kansai dialect was exceptional.
The last part of the event was a bit fuzzy in my memory 😅.
Was it my imagination that she smelled slightly more this way?
Good morning, Chiko ☀☀☀ Sato Kiki is good, isn't it? ‼️ I love it, even more spicy and delicious than Hatochan...
I'll try my best not to lean that way 🙌
Hello Nochi 😃
I know you're going to get mad at me but I think I'm more on this side🤣.
I really come into my own when it's a small group of people drinking 🤣.
Thank you very much, Nochi-san😊I thought I was being rather modest, but if you can accept it, next time I would like to speak in a thicker Kansai dialect 😅 bouken-san, I believe you prefer the thicker one 🤪.
bouken-san & umiuumi umiuumi san 🤭It's Kansai people who hang out with each other on the board. We are looking forward to seeing you both 🤭 in Tokyo. Manachie will surprise you with his best effort ⁉️
My liver might not be able to take it😅
This bottle was recommended to us by a liquor store in Aomori.
