My 11th solo trip in 9 months was to Shimane. Sunrise Izumo!
Daiginjo, mellow, late and dry. The bottle is a cool matte black! Maybe a little strong alcohol smell. Accompanied by surume rolls and grilled flying fish. I'm particular about eating local food.
Souvenirs for my daughter and her husband when they returned home at the end of the year
Bountiful Autumn: Hanakanzashi
First time drinking it (my daughter and her husband, who hardly drink sake, are already not sure what they bought for me and they have a hard time buying it 😅)
It tastes like a clear sake, but it has a strong rice flavor.
No acidity, but soft rice sweetness.
Delicious 😋.
It's pretty much like you can slurp a lot 😜.
Good evening, Takashi 😃.
I'm glad you chose the souvenirs so that we don't have to share them 🤗It would be nice if you could specify the liquor store where you buy them.
Maybe it would be good 😅It makes me think of tableware 🍽️ or a treat 😋.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😊.
Thanks to my daughters, I drank a lot of sake from Shimane 😆.
I really think I should specify the brand name, but I wonder if that would be too much to ask 🤔. I'm not sure 🤔.
I started with the lukewarm sake recommended by the brewery, but the alcohol and sweetness were not to my liking, so I went with cold sake. It was more refreshing and tasty that way.
