Souvenirs for my daughter and her husband when they returned home at the end of the year Bountiful Autumn: Hanakanzashi First time drinking it (my daughter and her husband, who hardly drink sake, are already not sure what they bought for me and they have a hard time buying it 😅) It tastes like a clear sake, but it has a strong rice flavor. No acidity, but soft rice sweetness. Delicious 😋. It's pretty much like you can slurp a lot 😜.

I started with the lukewarm sake recommended by the brewery, but the alcohol and sweetness were not to my liking, so I went with cold sake. It was more refreshing and tasty that way.
