Despite the name, it is a spicy sake that sake drinkers seem to like. It was delicious with tonteki.

I bought this at a sake brewery when I went sightseeing on Shodoshima. You can eat or sell bakery next door. They let you taste the sake before you buy it. Is the price expensive? The taste is elegant and delicious. 3.7

After a moment of sweetness, spiciness and sourness come at once. The assertiveness is modest, so it may be suitable as a food sake. I noticed after drinking 4 kinds of sake that I may not like the unique flavor common to all the sake breweries here.

It is sweeter than the other Shugetsu wines I've had. It is refreshing and fruity, but a little peculiar. The rice is probably Yamadanishiki. It is fruity and on the sweet side, but not fruity. This costs over 1000 yen for 300ml....

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

It has a fresh aroma and sweetness that precedes the taste, but it is crisp and dry. This is my first time drinking this brand, but it is very tasty with a beautiful flavor.

A bottle that shows the quintessence of Yamae Nishiki. It has a rich umami and strong bitter acidity. Rather dry taste. Impressive freshness and richness even though it's a draft ✨. Not too high at 15.5, You can fully enjoy the original sake character 😋.

This is your first issue. What is this? It has all the good points of Shinshu sake. It has a gentle sweetness, but at the same time it is refreshing. The evaluation was divided as to whether it was dry or sweet. I thought it was sweet. I felt the high level of Shinshu.

A little sweetness and a touch of bitterness added to pineapple and peach. Refreshing taste. Low alcohol but very drinkable. When the temperature rises a little, it becomes refreshingly sweet.

I'll make love to you, I'll drink it at home, it's a gift from my friend who went to Nara to climb a mountain ⛰! Yatagarasu no sakamai gin no sato! As the name suggests, it is light and a little sweet, with a sake and rice feel, and it is delicious! 🙏

Last of the day. Ihyakumangoku. The wine has a solid umami taste from the beginning to the middle part of the bottle. The lingering umami richness comes through slowly.

The first day I opened the bottle, the acidity was strong. Oh, refreshing and delicious ✨👍 On the third day, the acidity is muted and a mellow sweetness emerges. Oh, delicious ✨👍 I'm happy with the result, a sake that can be enjoyed at any time of the year 😆.

Tenma Daijukai (¡°Tenma Sake Association¡±) This sake is named after Governor Yoshimura And an illustration of a mysterious person on the label Where is Governor Yoshimura? Where? It's a very typical mature, slightly dry junmai sake, and it's good warmed up. It's the type of sake I'd like to drink on a regular basis, but it's more of a souvenir. I misunderstood. I'd like to buy it if it were available!

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④ The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival. I've been to this brewery and bought sake before. I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port. I drank Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before. Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different... Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔. Summer Ginjo This is also a summer sake. Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.

Rice used is unknown Pale gold color, but without much sense of maturity. Slightly light, with strong acidity. It is rather sweet. It has a sharp, clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it. The umami flavor also comes through with a zing, making it a deeply flavored sake. The 87th cup of sake
