Japanese Sake and Japanese Cuisine at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City.
The 7th glass was served on recommendation with rice and
hops. It has a clean and gorgeous taste with acidity and a pleasant hop aroma.
The aroma of hops is pleasant.
Pione and Cheinmuscat.
I enjoyed it with Pioneer and Shine Muscat.
