Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE? I had a drink at the Toyama Nigori Sake Fair at KITTE. I've already had Naekaya, but this was my first time to try Wakatsuru! It's refreshing, but also has a lot of floral and sweet flavors. I don't know what the specs are except that it's fire-roasted 😅.
