This is a 3-year aged test brew. They say it is only available at directly-managed stores.
It was easy to drink while being rich, and there was no cloying taste.
This company has become more famous for its whisky, but their sake is also quite good.

Kaoru-shu. The aroma is soft and mellow, but the taste is crisp and dry! It is well-balanced and surprisingly easy to drink!
I had it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Tonami and couldn't finish it, so I had a second party at the hotel by myself.
I liked the combination with dried sweet potato!
