It has a light and kiwi flavor. The clean yet full-bodied rice flavor and spiciness is excellent as a mid-meal drink! The crisp, umami dryness resets the taste and makes it my favorite 👍.

This is a 3-year aged test brew. They say it is only available at directly-managed stores.
It was easy to drink while being rich, and there was no cloying taste.
This company has become more famous for its whisky, but their sake is also quite good.
