My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama.
It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle.
Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck.
It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly.
It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food. We enjoyed it with pork kimchi and horse mackerel sashimi.
I want to drink it carefully, but it will probably be gone in two days☺️.
