I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) I think it is better to enjoy it as an occasional stimulant. ("THE BOTANIC"...you mean "botanical", right?)

This is another Michinoku favorite, Fukushi Shiboritate nama-shu, new rice, new sake. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of fruitiness. It has a bit of sweetness, but the bitterness finishes it off, making it a delicious sake that you will never get tired of drinking.

(沒沒沒) ❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had my first Izumibashi today 😀. I can hardly smell the aroma 🤔I can taste the robust umami and slight sweetness on the palate 😚It's so refreshing and easy to drink 😊. It also seems to be recommended to be heated on the back, so I'm going to give it a try even though it's hot ✨. The aroma has opened up with umami aroma 😄It becomes smooth and delicious on the palate and the aftertaste is clean and disappears quickly 😋. Both were delicious 🥳.

This new brew has a pleasant lightness and freshness. It had a slight sweetness and a fruitiness to it. It also has a complex taste, I guess you could say it's full-bodied. I can't help but drink it! A rustic snowman is also very cute É It looks cloudy, but it's not nigorizake. Rakufumai is a brand of rice. It seems to be a light sake. Day 3, the sweetness and acidity is a little stronger now! Day 4, more flavor! Yummy.

I went to a liquor store near Niigata Station and asked the clerk, "Do you have any Yamama?" The clerk replied cheerfully, "We are out of Yamama, but we have Koshinoshiratori now. What is it? Koshino Jakucho...?" The clerk explained that the sake is made in the same tanks as Yamama, and that the middle sake is Yamama, while the aggressive and rough-run sake is Koshino-Shiratori. Well, I didn't know such a sake existed.... It is really amazing. I immediately had it in a wine glass, and the sweetness, umami, aroma, and gasiness were to my liking....................

If you drink it after eating Kanpachi, it will soften the sensation. It's a great match with sour pike conger eel tempura with ume plum paste. Rural House Alori @ Kitaurawa 20230729

Purchased at a store that sells local products of Okayama. I thought I was reading "kyokusei", but I was wrong 💦. A little peculiar reading😅. The rice is akebono. The top aroma is slightly fruity. A little sweet and refreshing. I thought it would be more of a classic sake, but it is easy to drink. Well, is it a fruity sake that is closer to the classic style?

Okayama Local Sake The first brand I ever drank The original Omachi rice "Takashima Omachi" is used 🌾. No trendy fruity aroma Classical taste Full of thick flavor and richness A crisp and dry mid-meal sake The photo shows "Tairyo Ichiba Nakaura" in Sakaiminato, Tottori. Kitaro is in a good mood holding a big crab 🦀.

It was different from the image I had of Okayama sake😅. It's quite spicy! I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. The sharpness is the best🔪 I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

Lactic acidity, ripe aroma. Sweet mature feeling in the mouth, marron, unrefined sugar, caramel, mellow to cohesive, pleasant alcohol after going to the back of the tongue. Does the bitterness come? Does the alcohol taste come? And it ends up without either of them asserting themselves. I wonder if the advanced Kembishi is even more impressive. The bottle looks shining after drinking. The flavor spreads out very well when it is warmed. The umami stimulates the tongue and the bitterness is mellow. Delicious. tongue-tied

A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

Purchased at Takashimaya event😆👍 Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike. The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦. The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦. I just don't like it on the web. I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!
