Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️

I went to a liquor store near Niigata Station and asked the clerk, "Do you have any Yamama?" The clerk replied cheerfully, "We are out of Yamama, but we have Koshinoshiratori now. What is it? Koshino Jakucho...?" The clerk explained that the sake is made in the same tanks as Yamama, and that the middle sake is Yamama, while the aggressive and rough-run sake is Koshino-Shiratori. I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... Yopa Memo_φ(____) Spicy cider Good sharpness Seems to go well with oily food I think it's possible to have it when it gets cold, like ice cream with a kotatsu (a table over a kotatsu), and then have it at a nabe (hot pot). I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

I look forward to Toyama hiyaoroshi every year 😊. I chose Kurobe Gorge this year as well 😆. This year may be different from previous years⁉️. The aroma is sweet and rummy.
