#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. When it gets close to room temperature, the sweetness comes out, but the spiciness and alcohol taste also become stronger.

I bought this when I visited my grandmother in Shizuoka. The clerk told me that they don't distribute much outside of the prefecture. Nutty and nutty aroma Nutty aroma Slight yellow color High alcohol content and thick volume. The astringency comes afterwards and the spiciness cuts through quickly. The aftertaste is short.

This is the first time I have had sake brewed from 2038 Honorific Fuji. It is mellow, easy to drink, and goes well with any food 😊. The goldfish on the label is in the shape of Shizuoka Prefecture and the location of the engraving indicates the location of the brewery.

We spent about 40 minutes listening to the brewery owner💦. According to the brewery owner, it is an authentic brewery that takes a lot of time and effort and cannot be mass-produced. The production is about 250 koku. Aoi Tenge Junmai Ginjo 2038 Honorifuji Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake Slightly cloudy, with a shwashiness. The bitterness and dryness are impressive, and there is not much sweetness. Aoi Tenge Junmai Ginjo Homarefuji Tubakake Arabashiri Unfiltered Nama-shu] As is typical of arabashiri, it has a rough, yanky, bitter-sweet, grapefruit-like taste. Aoi Tenshita BLACKLABEL Junmai Daiginjo BLACK The taste is clean and refreshing, with a slight spiciness in the aftertaste. I chose this wine because it is an IWC Silver, and I thought it would be moderately glamorous, but it wasn't nearly so. It was dry, with a good sharpness, as if it had a sake degree of +13.
