Unfamiliar shocking red 🤯.
It's a bright red bottle, so I'll drink it.
It was a bit of an oriole.
Not so sweet.
It was a refreshing orihara!

Ippodo Senzan Hachitan-Nishiki Unpasteurized Sake
Bouken-san insisted on drinking it, and we decided to share a bottle with him since he had enjoyed ICHIJUSHU SENZAN before.
I filled 3㌥ for two bottles and left.
When I poured it into the glass, fine bubbles adhered to it.
The color is clear and slightly yellow.
The aroma is slightly alcohol-driven, with a slight citrus aroma in the back.
The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent and gassy, and the palate is light and minerally, with a slight citrus acidity and a rustic astringency on the tongue, which finishes dry with a bitter taste. The finish is slightly spicy.
As bouken reviewed, it was also a bit spicy.
Ingredients:rice(domestic),rice malt(domestic)

The picture looks like drinking outside, but I bought a bottle at the tasting and shared it with Nemuchi.
I gave the rest of the bottle to a guest who came to the event 😁.
The brewer at the event said that there are no distributors in Kansai, but this sake is only available at distributors.
It was written that it was limited to 240 bottles.
Slightly dry and refreshing, with a slight effervescence. It also has a slight minerality.
I had an impression that it was sweeter than the other ones I've had in the past, but this one wasn't sweet.... It's not spicy either.
It might be quite spicy when I drink it again 😅
It's hard to find a sake that gives you a different impression of taste every time you drink it🤔
I'm sorry Nemuchi for getting you involved by saying I wanted this...
bouken, good evening 🌛I see you had a quick drink 😊I was glad to be able to share the One Drop One Thousand Mountains as it made a good impression at a previous event 👍I had a slightly different impression of it, but I thought it was a good one 😋.
Hi Nemuchi!
I think it's better to drink it as soon as possible since it's already opened in the store 😁.
The image of drinking it at the event was too strong for me. I thought it was too much like what I drank at the event, but the drink itself was delicious 😋.
Take One, which I thought was a first for you.
I drank it last year.
It's quite a sweet and sour drink.
Kushiro to Kushiro from Abashiri on the Kushiro Line
The first departure after the suspension.
I was lucky to be able to sit in a seat, but the train was packed with inbound passengers!
I was tired after 3 hours and 40 minutes of travel!

Alcohol content 13 degrees
Sake degree -40

Slightly cloudy.
Green apple aroma.
Fresh texture.
The wine is like a white wine with body.
The lemon-like acidity is accompanied by a tangy alcohol taste.
The sweetness is moderate, but the rice flavor is full-bodied.
It quietly fades away with the acidity.
3.5/5 for my favorite.

I've had it at a Japanese sake festival, so when I saw it at a department store, I bought it.
It was available at Nishinomiya Hankyu just as the brewer informed me.
I'd like to visit at the right time for tasting and sales, but Nishinomiya Hankyu doesn't send out information about tasting and sales on the Internet or SNS...
It's not that sweet, but it feels sweeter and more fruity than when I drank it at the Japanese sake festival.
I got the impression that it's a light drink.
I'd like to drink a drop of Senzan at home 🥺.
It's been 5 days since I had this one, but I like it better than the one I just opened.
This is a brand I've never had before

Hitomebore 70% polished, 15% alcohol by volume
It is a freshly pressed sake made in December. ❗️
The taste is impressive with its acidity!
(but I don't remember much 😅).
