Naekaya red label I drank in Toyama last year: ‼️
One of my top 5 sake 🍶.
It has the perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness with the unique punch of sake.
I never get tired of this sake 😊.
What is one of Toyama's top 5 best sake - ⤴️
I went to Toyama last year with my parents, but I haven't had the chance to drink any of the sake breweries there.
It's the same Naekaya, but it changes so much when the type of rice is changed. ⁉️
The sweetness was refreshing and easy to drink, and the dryness was also refreshing.
Wakatsuru Shuzo
Naekaya Namikaya Junmai Ginjo
The brewery is located in Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 55% Yuyamanishiki produced in Toyama Prefecture.
Sweet and refreshing aroma, full-bodied rice flavor
The sweet and refreshing aroma, the full-bodied flavor of rice, and the gentle acidity of the sake's yeast yeast,
Elegant and crisp finish.

Surprisingly, it was delicious! I had another one!
It wasn't that spicy, but not too sweet either!
Looking forward to the next one!
15/20
Mild aroma of banana and a little cucumber.
When you drink it, it has a melon-like freshness and a mild mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and full of Yamadanishiki umami 😍.
I thought it would have a long aftertaste, but it ends with a slight acidity that refreshes the palate!
Wow, it's delicious! Delicious! 🥰
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Alcohol content: 16%.
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Junmai🍶Newly Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake✨Ooyama Nishiki from Nanto, Toyama Prefecture🌾.
Hard impression. Rather dry. Crisp. My wife says the taste of the water is outstanding. Pair with yellowtail and green pepper tataki🐟 for a rich taste. Sharp✨It feels sweeter on a flat plate than in a cup.

Rich flavor, cools well.
The thin glass boar's mouth
The thin glass cup gives the sake a sharp taste.
The alcohol content of 17 degrees is intoxicating.
ICHI-GO-CAN: The bitterness spreads quickly on the palate, but before you know it, it's gone down your throat and you're left with the impression that it's delicious.
It is unfiltered raw sake.
It is already delicious even before you drink it!
The aroma is amazing.
It smells like ripe fruit.
This is Okura-san's style.
Bon appétit!
It's so good!
It's not so much smooth as it is thick.
It is sweet, but the balance with the acidity is nice.
Finish the drink with a crisp finish. The lingering bitterness leaves a little aftertaste.
This looks delicious on the rocks!
The second glass is served over ice.
Then, bingo!
