I chose this wine because it is an IWC Silver, and I thought it would be moderately glamorous, but it wasn't nearly so. It was dry, with a good sharpness, as if it had a sake degree of +13.
It tastes like old-fashioned sake. It has a lot of amino acids and umami, but there is nothing refreshing about it.
It also has a slightly bitter taste, which I personally do not like.
