Junmai Ginjyo unfiltered raw sake is bottled as it is, and then second fermented in the bottle to make a dry sparkling sake. It is slightly sweet and smooth with a hint of nigori (nigori). The acidity and bubbling in the middle of the bottle make it dry and refreshing.
