It was very fizzy and the cap really flew off when I opened the bottle! The taste is slightly sweet and sharp. The red bottle has "Comet" written on it, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this one looks stronger and more authentic.

Smooth! Beautiful bottle! It has a refreshing ginjo aroma, a rough-running, bouncy mouthfeel, and a fresh finish with a gassy feel. We had it served at our request for a fresh, piquant one! The name "Ichidrop Senzan" is derived from the Zen phrase "一雨潤千山", which means "one rainfall, one thousand mountains". It is said that the name "ICHIDARUSHI SENZAN" comes from a Zen phrase "一雨潤千山", which means "one drop of rain can enrich many mountains and people". It is said that the exquisite bitterness of the sake makes it a good match with meals, but I have not mastered it yet, so I did not understand it. A limited-quantity product brewed with Association 1401 yeast from "Comet" rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Hokkaido, and bottled raw "Arahashiri" only.

Ippodo Senzan Hachitan-Nishiki Unpasteurized Sake Bouken-san insisted on drinking it, and we decided to share a bottle with him since he had enjoyed ICHIJUSHU SENZAN before. I filled 3㌥ for two bottles and left. When I poured it into the glass, fine bubbles adhered to it. The color is clear and slightly yellow. The aroma is slightly alcohol-driven, with a slight citrus aroma in the back. The mouthfeel is slightly effervescent and gassy, and the palate is light and minerally, with a slight citrus acidity and a rustic astringency on the tongue, which finishes dry with a bitter taste. The finish is slightly spicy. As bouken reviewed, it was also a bit spicy.
