I was curious about this one and received it for the first time.
Clear crystal silver.
Melon, pear, and banana predominate, and ethyl caproate is also present, but the main flavor is isoamyl acetate.
The attack is strong, with a hint of sweetness, but the acidity spreads horizontally, and there is a bitter aftertaste.
The flavors and tastes are multi-layered, perhaps due to the odd assemblage.
It's not that I would say it's my favorite (laughs), but I thought this kind of thing was possible.
Alcohol 15%.
Yamadanishiki, Omachi, Gohyakumangoku
Firm and consistent sake.
You can feel the aroma of rice.

The sake was supervised by Richard Joffreau, once the fifth highest executive of Dom Pérignon.
It is dry and quite robust. The aroma after swallowing is complex and the taste is strong. Delicious.

This is a new sake from a new brewery in Toyama.

It's very smooth. It's like nothing I've ever had before 😍😍😍.
The top is mainly acidic, but soon a soft graininess envelopes the whole thing like a tailwind ^ ^.
Very harmonious and stable flavor.
I couldn't find it in Toyama, but I didn't know it was in Shibuya 😂😂😂.
